The Life of a Mage

I'd cleared the mountain entirely by now and was continuing to gain speed. I screamed again, a wild yell of pure joy. There was the ground, a scarce 50 feet blow. Wait, make that 30. 10. NOW! With a blast of telekinesis, I stopped myself face towards the ground a scant three feet from death. Chuckling, I hopped to my feet and looked around. Looking around, I saw someone. Felicia, I thought her name was. I wasn't entiely familiar with her, but grinned and said "Hello" nonetheless.
 
I jumped and hid behind the rock. Shaking a little, I lifted my head.

"Oh, hi," I said, smiling slightly. I flicked my tail a little. Hadn't he just been flying around?

I looked up. "What were you doing up there?"
 
I stretched my arms high into the air, yawned, and said "Enjoying the day." I gave her a bemused grin and asked "What are you doing behind the rock? I didn't mean to startle you, though."
 
Riyuko let out a small scream as she slipped and fell onto the branch. She clung to the tree with her eyes shut tight, and then opened them to see that she was alright. She sighed a sigh of relief, and released the tree from her grasp.
"Phew...that was a close one~!" Riyuko said, wiping her forehead dramatically. Many times had she fallen from a tree when she was young. Each time she had only escaped with a minor injury, but falling from this tree would be awfully painful. Getting down was always the easiest part. She would simply take her beautiful, pure white wings out of hiding and fly down to the ground.

Riyuko decided that it would be safer to not stand up again. The branch was far to thin for such a thing. She would stay seated, and not move until the time came for departure.
 
I was up on a tree branch looking out at the forest. Small cherry blossoms floated around me. I closed my eyes and hummed a small tune enjoying small ammounts of light as they hit my face. I was not thinking only humming suddenly I said out loud "is there anything to do here!"
 
I cocked my head, and my ears swiveled a little. "Oh, alright," I said. At least someone was enjoying it.

I looked around. Whoops. I was still behind the rock. "Oh, right... I just... reflexes I guess."
 
Riyuko sat there for a few more minutes, and then attempted to stand up once again. She had the craving to fly, only for a few seconds if possible. But she then realised that it was to risky. She was told that she shouldnt show her wings to anyone. Although, she did need to jump from the tree safely. So, Riyuko took her wings out of hiding and jumped from the tree. These were the few seconds that she desired, and when she landed on the ground she quickly concealed her wings once again.

Silence surrounded Rey as he made his way through the forest. At his approach, insects ceased humming and birdsong felt smothered into a thick nothingness. Despite his calm manner, neither man nor creature seemed fully comfortable in Rey's presence, though Rey knew not why. Pausing in mid-step, the mage's golden eyes followed the movements of a female departing from a tree. Seemingly without warning, he spoke.

"I've never seen you use that ability before," he commented.

I laughed, a deep, booming sound and said "I suppose I understand. Do you want to go for a walk, though? It's a beautiful day." It was at that, sunshine dappled the forest floor, though clouds promised rain later on.
 
Lonely was her cultuer lonely was her destiny.Velenga softly spoke inside her head.
It was a sunny day in the sacred forest as usually.Always two birds,two bunnies,two of eveything but her.She always said to herself"i am one......i am the only one".And she slepted by a lonely tree.In her dreams she saw a male.Strong to mind as he was bleeding.It looked liked he was limping towards the water she changed herself into.She darted towards him yelling no."No don't touch the water!".And to woken up from her own fright she heard a voice towards the other side of the forest.With no command she quickly ran to the sound she hade heard.

MY eyes slowly opened, I'd doxed off while taking a break. I'd been taking a short hike down through the woodlands, and my legs had cramped up, so I'd layed down beneath this tree. I guess I'd fallen asleep. The sun flushed into my eyes, and I soaked it all in without blinking, I loved the sun, therefor I never bliked unless it was dark, for darkness wasn't really my favorite thing, and my eyes didn't really like it.
 
I looked up and smiled. "Sure," I said. I got up from behind the tree and stood up behind him. "So, where are we going?"

Riyuko darted around to see a boy she wasnt very familiar with. His name was Rey, she thought.
Oh no, he saw me~! Riyuko thought, slightly startled.
"I...uh...no, I guess you havent!" she said, putting on a fake smile. She should of been more wary.
 
Paige decided to get down from the tree she was in. Slowely she made the branches carry her down. She looked around for some kind of company not finding any she decided to take a hike. She walked around the woods humming alittle tune.
 
Rey pauses before answering, sensing Riyuko's discomfort. However, he finally voices his thoughts, saying, "Yet, you seemed to use your wings with familiarity--as though you have had them for some time. Your ability is one you dislike using, though I know not why--", the mage halted his words, his gold eyes shifting. Amidst the forest's silence, he faintly heard the sound of a distant movements through the woods.
 
Kronos walked briskly as the bright sun shone illuminating the huge forest he was in. He had sharp eyesight and could see a huge number of birds flying around high-up. As he scanned the forest from up a tree, he could see a young girl, probably a mage too, chatting with another person who he surely knew as Rey, a mage.

Kronos was a loner by nature and he felt nothing would be special enough to end up in the company of two idiotic wizards, so he steered clear of them and walked in another direction. He saw a small hill infront of him. I should climb this, he thought. For god?s sake I?ve not excercised for days.

Riyuko looked away stubbornly.
"Its not that I dont like using my wings~!" she said, crossing her arms. "Its just, I was always told that I shouldnt show that. Dont ask me why, because I dont know!"
Great. Another one of Riyuko's famous mood swings.
"Do you have a problem with that~?" was the young girls last words before seating herself down on a nearby boulder.
 
"No," Rey answered simply, shrugging his shoulders noncholantly. For a moment he was silent, studying Riyuko's expression. "We all have things we do without knowing why," he told her, his voice quiet and calm. Leaning his back to a large tree, he allowed his cat-like eyes to shift toward Kronos' direction. However, giving no further indication of the darkness mage's presence, Rey merely inquired, "But, you do enjoy using your wings?"
 
Still following the sound/voices Velenga swiftly walked amonged the shadows.
she peeked hiddenly infornt for her and saw a lone wizard walking towards a little hill,and far away from him it seemed to be two mages chatting but she couldn't tell.
"have to take a closer look......".Inch by inches she crept along the dark side of the woods to get closer.
