Back on task! Light Pokemon usually have more HP then their "normal" counterparts, and maybe limit the Pokepower to only one energy card, I don't know how balanced cards are nowadays. And Nidoking should have resistance to electric, its part ground. Remember it's your card though, make it how you like though. Actual format errors include the evolution bubble being chopped up.
