Okay, here is the skeleton of my Midnight SU. The ranks are Medic, Private, Infiltrator, Assasin, Captain, Commander, Executive for anyone who wants to make a midnight member. I should have the SU sheet up tommorow.

Here is my complete SU for Luna:

Personality:
Luna's attitude varies. Normally she is isolated from people and just tries to follow orders without messing them up. Though, when she is somehow enjoying herself she is pretty cheerful. She is very friendly, unless you happen to be a member of Team Midnight or you're just a criminal in general. When she is with her pokemon she is almost always cheerful, as they know how to cheer her up and encourage her and all of the things a good friend would know to do. She is fairly smart, but not that smart, and she can be a klutz.

Appearance:
Luna is caucasian and has long, silver hair that stops right below the chest. Her bangs are long and cover her right eye almost all of the time. She has hazel eyes amd stands at about 5'6" and weighs 115 pounds. She is tall and skinny, her chest isn't very large and she looks like the average cute girl. Sometimes she wears a black beanie hat with a silver flower design on the front. She usually has a white tanktop on and dark blue jeans. On her hands she wears black fingerless gloves. She has a black and white shoulder bag that she uses to carry her things in. She wears black sneakers with silver pokeballs on them. When it is cold out she has a cream colored hoodie with brown faux fur on the inside.

History:
Growing up as the daughter of a psychopathic criminal isn't easy. Although Luna typically got what she wanted as her father was rich due to his "business", it wasn't enough to make her forget what her father really was. Sure he could be a loving father like most, but he was also a criminal. Luna was usually home with her mother, who was luckily not a criminal, since her father wasn't usually around. She grew up in a mansion with servants and all of that stuff, so she usually spent her childhood exploring it.

At school Luna didn't know who to call her friends, as she couldn't usually tell if someone liked her for who she was or her money. So she never made very many friends, but it seemed she was a good judge of character as the few she chose to be friends with were not interested in her money.

One day, when Luna was around the age of thirteen, she was exploring the mansion and came across something new. There was a vent she had never noticed before and under the carpet in front of the vent was a trap door. She decided to take a tour of the new vent, just in case there was something she shouldn't be seeing she didn't want to be seen. When she reached the end of the vent she discovered an underground laboratory. Her father and some scientists were inside doing something. Of course, as luck would have it, the vent opened beneath her and she was discovered as she fell to the floor.

She was quickly recruited into her father's new "Midnight Project". If she had known what she was getting into, she probably would have ran, but she didn't know so she joined. She started training pokemon and learning things she would have to know for this "project".

Three years later she found herself as an executive in Team Midnight, a criminal organization bent on "renewing the world". The first big job would take place in an isolated area. Isolated, but not unpopulated. This job was to take place in the Lost Islands, soon before the Lost Islands League was to begin...

Er...okay, I kinda mean characters that are in both the games and the anime, or just major characters (usually besides Pro/Antagonists)

Like how Dawn is the Heroine of Pearl, but is also in the anime. Or how Pearl is also Barry in the anime.

People like Red/Blue/Yellow and all of those colorful people aren't really characters in my eyes...

And by Ruby and Sapphire, do you mean Brandon and May?

Ruby/Sapphire are Brendan and May look alikes...but they aren't similar AT ALL. XD Ruby is the look alike of Brendan but Ruby loves constants and acts girly. Sapphire is the look alike of May, but Sapphire hates pokemon constants and loves pokemon battles and is a "wild child". Or something like that.

Well, no manga characters (as much less people probably read the manga) and I hardly watch the anime either but I still know the characters enough from it...)

Personality: To be nice about it, Mark is a cocky and arrogant son of a *****. He's egotistical to a point, and in a sense, is something of a Narcissist. Basically speaking, he believes no one is as good as him, and when he looses, it has to be because of some mistake he made or a fluke during the battle. He's a perfectionist, and never accepts failure.

Appearance: He has slick black hair, and eyes just as dark. He wears blue jeans and a black wife beater, underneath a black leather jacket with the team midnight logo on the back. He has a pair of black sunglasses, and when he's not wearing his jacket, a number of black tattoo's can be seen across his muscular arms. He wears black sneakers, with black laces. His favorite color is black, are you getting that?

History: Born and raised in Kanto, he learned from watching Team Rocket pull of missions when he was a child. He planned to join the group when he was of age, but they were disbanded by Giovanni before he had a chance. Instead, he began performing robberies of his own, using Pokemon he caught or stole.

Growing bored of this life, Mark traveled to the lost island league, where he quickly made contact with Midnight, joining them and moving quickly up the ranks. His belief that no one else cold possibly do as good a job as him has led him to a sort of paranoia about letting other people taking responsibility during jobs. Because of this, he sees to most important matters himself. This has led him to success during operations.

@Toasty Woodman - Just a few minor problems with the character:
-You'll have to make Desukaan Desumasu as it doesn't evolve intil Lv34
-The way the moves work is your pokemon will know all of the moves they can possibly learn before/on the level that they are on. As your character is an Executive, they may know 1 or 2 TM/HM moves. I also usually go by the gen 5 movesets, but you may use TM's/HM's from any gen.
