6th Gen The Lumiose Ghost Girl

She can,and she has the ability to reflect light and stuff so she can disappear in a second(like how the ghost suddenly disappeared) and she can also turn into a person like in the Latios and latias movie(hence the ghost girl) so the theory is that she is looking for a trainer for her and Latios

So the ghost girl, does she appear more than once or JUST once? (I ask because if multiple times I can keep bringing different pokemon with me to see if she reacts to any of them, even though I'm sure the millions of people who already played the game have brought all 718 or whatever pokemon to her, but I still want to try anyway, lol!) and also, what building is she in? Can she be reached before power is restored to the other half of lumiose or only after?

So far i only saw her once(mainly because I got too scared to enter the office ever again lol)
And you can only reach her 2nd floor office once you get the power back on lumiose

She only can be seen one time ( unless there are undiscovered circumstances that makes her come back of course ), and she is in the building across from one of the alleys in north lumiose, across from the alley with the two skiddo's sleeping if I remember correctly, someone could probably explain it better, I have tried to link it to all kind of things... back in my first playthrough when I was real curious I tried all kinds of stuff, to draw a link to the letter in the lumiose station, or a link to her and the faceless man story guy... apparently it is a super mystery

If she was in the lift at the time the Lumiose power cut happened that could have caused her to go missing...

Oh god, this freaked me out so bad, haha.
I remember when I first saw her, I squeaked and slammed my DS shut because I just wasn't expecting it. xD;
Like in all the other games [besides Black and White], this ghost encounter wasn't really predictable. It was just kind of... Sudden. And oddly creepy. At least to me. e.e
I hope there's some other part of the game that talks about her. I really didn't get why the creators might have added her in, other than to keep the 'ghost girl' tradition going.

Could the ghost girl actually be talking about your Pokemon instead of the trainer? Maybe in the next Pokemon games they'll reveal a new evolution or legendary that can be brought back into X and Y via patching. At that point it would unlock a bunch of Easter Eggs within the games and the Ghost Girl could react to it. Maybe she really wants to battle one?

you can find her 3 times. or 4 i forgot. if you search it up, you can watch the video where this guy shows you it.

also. I think she is the missing significant ghost type specialist this generation. you know, cause all the other regions have one. (cough cough Bulbapedia look at the trivial section)

I originally thought she was Darkrai looking for Cresselia, but I brought Cresselia and nothing happened. I brought my rotom too, no result. I'm willing to keep trying though

Okay. So the girl is either the one who left, or the one who was left behind. My thoughts point towards the latter because why else would she be waiting for someone in an abandoned room. It's hard to figure how the elevator cuts into that, so I'll leave it to the side for now. So someone who owned skiddos went to the train station, apparently seeking help for someone, and left a note to his/her friend. The skiddos wait outside, the girl is in something that looks like a meeting place. So who would own two skiddos? Two means it's an appreciation for skiddos, so someone who's known for it maybe. Not much is known about Ramos, except thaat he's owned that pair of scissors for thirty years. So thirty years ago, he bought a pair of scissors after what, running from the town? Did he leave for help, and then stay away because somebody was too quick for him? What is the danger here, by the way? What do they need help for? Maybe... it's coming up the elevator...

(or bidoof! <3)

I take it you don't know this since you're new, but you can't revive old threads (post in a thread that hasn't a post in over a month). This thread hasn't had a post in 3 months. So I'm gonna lock this. But people are welcome to remake the thread if they wish.

Locks.
