my dusknoir training's not too bad :) currently doing it's Defence EV'ing :)
need to do the HP, then evolve it and do it's moveset, then that's my first ever EV'd pokemon :)

I have a pokerus pokemon and an extra macho brace. But you should hammer down on this and nothing else, since I've been semi focused on training up and I'm not doing that good, but your determination will probably help you alot! GL with your training!
 
Yeah you are what is that 252 bidoofs god thats murder!!!

how are you keeping track? and EVing normally takes me 45 mins max! any way listen to what I'm about to say!

Vitamins(protein ect.) add 10 to your EV count but you can only do it 10 times per stat.

Eg: Darth goes to Drug Dealers buys 20 steroids (protein) he takes 10 and is in great strength. Then he tries and 11th he gets rushed to hospital! I had no effect on his physical appearance though!

Then He goes and buys some Anti-Wrinkle Cream (HP UP) he uses it 10 times he has no wrinkles. Then he tries and 11th he gets rushed to hospital! I had no effect on his physical appearance though!

Its easier that way!

Pokerus doubles gthe EV's given off so bidoof would give off 2HP ev's then.


Power Items add 4 to the Ev's and goes before pokerus. so Duskull battles bidoof with Pkrs and the HP power item he gets 10 EVS! he then battles another one without PKRS but still with the HP power Item he gets 5 EVS!

If someone can supply me with a pkrs pokemon and a power belt to help me with Defence EV'ing, i would be SO grateful!!
So if i used a Power belt and Pkrs Duskull on a Graveler, i could get 20 EVs for Defence on that??
