I think most of you have heard of 50 Cent's "The Massacre" and even if you haven't maybe you've heard of some of the songs such as "Candy Shop" and "Disco Inferno", I personally think his CD is a classic, discuss your thoughts about "The Massacre" here.

I love the CD. 5o Cent is my favorite Rapper! I honestly like "Candy Shop" and "Disco Inferno."

o-o Quite the... 50 Cent~ish type of cd if you ask me. xD;; I guess he's okay, but he makes it seem like he is the first boy/guy to ever say 'I'll take you to the candy shop' *sigh* ~origin

I think, as far as rap skills and lyrics, the CD is overrated. But 50 cent is the "thing" right now so he is gonna get his hype.

    50 Cent: The Massacre.

I've seen the cd in many stores.I don't care for 50 Cent much anymore. But if now was when I liked his music, then i'd definatly buy the cd.But back when I liked his music I bought 50 Cent: Get Rich Or Die Tryn' cd.That Curtis Jackson really like putting himself on his cd's!And by the way, Curtis Jackson is 50 Cent's real name. Here's a pic of the album:

I thought that it was a shadow of what Get rich or Die trying was, his first album did so well because many people thought it was fresh and new, but the massacre was ok but get rich or die trying was a whole lot better.

The song "Piggy bank" was just asking for trouble, but thats a whole diffrent topic...

I don't know, I thought he did an exceptional job with this CD. Especially the song "Build You Up" featuring Jamie Foxx.

    I revisited the cd.

Yeah.On 50 Cent's House Party, 50 Cent said that The Massacre will overcome Get Rich Or Die Tryin'.Well I say, good luck with that. The sales for that thing were huge.I wet back to listen to Get Rich Or Die Tryin' today. The music felt fresh to me.I guess that's what happens if you don't listen to a cd for about a year.

actually, I thought "In Da Club" was extremely overrated for some reason. It wasn't even that good.

I find "Candy Shop", to be extremely overrated, if you know whats really being said between 50 Cent and Olivia and the moral to the song, its just mind boggling how its so popular and people singing it to themselves.

As much respect I have towards 50, but nowadays he seems too cocky with all the "beef" he has going on.

This is why we are rivals with each other KLS XD.

I think Candy Shop is overrated too.To me, it doesn't seem like a serious song. But songs like Hate It Or Love It by The Game and 50 Cent are what I like. You even have part of the song in your signature, LiquidThunder.

I'm not saying the Massacre was bad, I'm just saying that Get rich or Die trying was much better.

Hate it or Love it is one of my favourite songs on the album, as well as animal. Songs that show true lyrical skill.

    G-Unit.
