Well, if May wasn't a coordinator I'd think she'd be a Pokemon Trainer. She's got the Pokemon and the battle know how. so why not?

I can't imagine her being anything else. O_o; She didn't really care for regular training anyway, so I can't see her being a trainer. Not a gym leader, either. A breeder, maybe?

Well... although she claimed at the beginning that she didnt want to become a trainer, I think she would have changed her mind later on if she had to stop being a coordinator. So then she would either have become a trainer then maybe Gym leader of the Petalburg Gym.
