Yes, you can only store up to 999 of anything.

Ugh...I just busted my ass trying to get Celebii (spelling?) and after what seemed like four or five hours of crap, I finally recruited it!~ Damn, that was hard! I need a beer! XD (Nah, I'm 13, I don't drink beer. But going through that dungeon could've changed that. XD)
 
I know, Purity Forest is frustrating, as is Joyous Tower and Wish Cave

Not me. And I don't intend to within the next few weeks coz I can't be stuffed trying when I know I'm gonna get my ass kicked. I just have know idea how to actually get through it properly.
