Michael: Since you are so close, I'll give you ONE more chance. Add some more please, like another half a paragraph to each section.

Michael: Your sign-up is borderline of acceptance. I'll need a sample to see if you pass or not.

I added some more to mine. I didn't know you wanted a hundred word essay. lol I had to sit and think for quite a bit on this one too.

Can I reserve Croagunk? I'll post my SU later today :)

Edit: There you go ^ ^

Name: Gustavo "Tavo" Rebello

Age
: 15

Gender
: Male

Shard/
Starter: Croagunk (if you would be so kind)

Appearance
: Tavo stands at 5'5", and weighs 123 lbs, he has thick, black hair, which he keeps buzzed short. He has large dark brown eyes, long eyelashes, and thick lips. Some notable features of him are two small scars on his face, one underneath his right eyebrow, and another under his left eye at the height of his cheekbone. He got these scars as a three year-old during a trip to Hoenn, where he had an ugly encounter with a baby Nuzleaf. Whenever someone asks though, he'll say they're from a Persian he beat up.

He is very well built physically. Even though he does not have a large body, and isn't buff (as in big) either, he is very ripped, and has visible 'lines' across his body. This is because he tends to do a lot of exercise being a boxing prodigy, and heir to the 'New Mioas Fighting Dojo' (NMFD).

His usual attire consists of a white or black V-neck, black slacks, a thin white belt, and white Sambas. This, of course, is for hot to chilly temperatures. When it gets hot, he also has a black, thick jacket with a furry hoodie, black gloves, and a white beanie as well. During his trip though, his father asked him to wear the NMFD's trademark red dougi and hakama, he only agreed to wearing the dougi though.

Personality
: When it comes down to physical contests or Pokémon, Tavo wants to be the best and nothing BUT the best. He hungers for glory and this gives him a sort of aura, or charisma that makes his fellow peers gather around him. His general likes include: boxing (as well as other contests of strength), reading biographies and helping out with the Pokémon in the house.

Living all of his life in a dojo, Tavo has a strong sense of justice, discipline, and a prolific education in philosophy, martial arts, and literature. Therefore, at first some people might dismiss him as being too uptight and rigid, but a second look might reveal a more relaxed version of Tavo that most people usually don't begin to understand. This, however, isn't easy since another aftereffect of having such a secluded lifestyle is that now, Tavo is extremely introverted, and though he can manage hanging out with guys, he is extremely shy and cautious around women.

Besides girls, Tavo doesn't seem to have many fears. This is because he now knows that failure is only failure if you give up (to be explained in history), and he has come to terms with the fact that he WILL die at one point or another. His only remaining (significant) fear then is to be rejected by those he cares for or loves. His goal is to become the greatest Fighting Pokémon breeder in the world.

History
: The Rebello family used to live in Saffron City, Kanto. They lived in harmony with the people from the Fighting Dojo, and in strong rivalry with those from the Saffron City Gym. This is the reason why Tavo's father (also Gustavo), recommended importing foreign dual Fighting Pokémon (such as Toxicroak) to gain an upper hand against their Psychic rivals. The rest of the 'board' didn't take this lightly and the Rebello family lost its traditional stand in the affairs of the 'Dojo'.

After this incident, Gustavo (the father), took his wife and children to the largely unexplored (this is right, right?) Mioas Region. Tavo was ten at the time, and his most vivid memory of the trip is a quote from his dad to comfort him:

"Tavo, don't worry about this, always remember that the reason why the Fighting Dojo couldn't beat the Saffron Gym is because they accepted their failure and gave up [referring to the other heads of the Dojo], ¡Me las van a pagar esos malnacidos! (Those bastards will pay!).

Even though his father was drunk at the time, Tavo couldn't agree more, and the quote itself would go on to comfort him more than once after.

After arriving at Mioas, his father opened the NMFD 'New Mioas Fighting Dojo', which acts both as a school for martial artists in Mioas, and a breeding center for Fighting Pokémon including dual types such as Riolu, Croagunk, and even Shroomish!

Drunk: Add a little more to appearance, and personality please.

I revised, edited, and worked on my SU...!

Sorry about the first one, I knew it was too short, but I didn't have a lot of time so... :P

Alright then, if you still want me to work on it it's fine, but I'll need clearer guidelines of what you're looking for ;)

-Sorry Guys, I can't run this, however, if either Sumner or Drunk want to run it, they can..-

I'm sorry to hear that... but at this point I'm trying to start off my own RP -link-, and I might not have enough time for it.

In any case, if Sumner won't take over, I'll think about it, but I'll need further introduction to the kingdoms, and the shards :D

Yeh I guess i can try taking over i dont have much experience but if i can get more info on the shards and such Ill give it a shot.....

Meh. Nevermind, it is to hard to explain. I'll just have this closed, please.
