I don't see a male parent with all 4 egg moves. :(
Drain Punch and Fake Out are possible through Mienshao (preferred)
Cross Chop, Counter, and Drain Punch are possible through Lucario.
Let me know what egg moves you want.

It learns Night Shade via level up. Pain Split is an egg move though. Accepted.

Err well it wasnt a service it was just where u'd get 1 so i could hang on to mine and the event Milotic is VGCO9 Pokemon Event in 2009 i believe
