I believe that this used to be a Pokémon that used to exist before most Pokémon Even existed. I am still trying to figure out what this is, because this could change how we think about Pokémon.

Looks like Kabutops/Kabuto, Omanyte, and Aerodactyl. See: Dome and Helix Fossils


Also appears to be part of Aerodactyl's wing in the top right. Spots talons partway down the wing, same as Aerodactyl.
