3rd Gen The National Pokedex?

I saw in another thread that there's this thing called ''The National Pokedex''
I think it lets you see the info of Pokemon from other versions.But how
do you get it? someone please HELP

If you trade a pokemon from Fire/Leaf, you automatically get it.

If you use a gameshark to get a Pokemon from leaf green or fire red
can you still get the pokedex?

You have to trade a pokemon any one will do fien from leafgreen or firered and it will be there.

That means Ill have to wait till Pokemon Firered comes
out in the Us .(how sad)
