    What do you think of the new girl trainer in HG/SS?
    Do you think she suits the role? or
    Do you think the old girl from G/S should of stayed?
     
    I don't mind her. I think she's pretty cool, I like playing as her. Some people think she looks like mario though.... I don't remember mario having pigtails. Then again I never played crystal, on gold and silver. People who played crystal might miss her though
     
    For some reason I prefer Lyra over Crystal...
    Lyra's cute, IMO. :D
     
    Lyra is OK, but her artwork just freaks me out . Her smile is like 0_o .
    Kris eas alo OK but she seemed more like a male to me . She looked ... masculine, weird . Is it just me or am I crazy ? -_-
     
    Lyra is cute, but her pigtails and stockings are a little on the Pippy Longstockings side. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I may have a difficult time cosplaying as her.
     
    this is not about dawn lol its about he silver and gold version girl trainer compared with lyra the HG/SS girl trainer replacement
     
    lyra looks pretty cool although I havent studied her artwork like some of the other posters ^

    Lyra is better than Kris. Period.
     
    I'm not going to say that I didn't like Lyra, but I kind of like Kris a bit more. But that's also me speaking from the fact that I played Pokémon Crystal back in the day, so that's what I'm used to.

    That being said...

    The name of the games are also Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, nothing about Crystal. The original Gold and Silver did not have a female player, therefore, GameFreak probably felt the need to create one instead of using Kris...though it probably would have made more sense using Kris as she was an already established character. I don't know. If I had the chance to, I'd ask, but unfortunately I probably won't ever get that chance. lol
     
    I never really liked Kris so I do like Lyra more. Her hat is adorable hahaha.

    I love Lyra! She's adorable! (And I won't hear a bad word about her)

    And yes, she looks awesome as Team Rocket. Better than Ethan does, anyway.

    I.. HATE... LYRA! kris is 1,000,000 times better IMO. i don't care about the designs but does lyra have to isist on calling me everywhere i go!? along with telling me her marill evolved TWICE and still having a lousy marill!!!!!
