I remember the first time May tried it, almost all her Pokemon hated them, except...Beautifly, I think. XD, but she's better at making em now.

Is that Blizzard?? It looked more like an Assist/Silver Wind IMO.... but I suppose it is because it didnt come from Skitty's hand.

Yeah, if it isn't from Skitty's hand, it's not assist, so it must be Blizzard, unless Skitty has somehow impossibly learnt Silver Wind. XDDD
