I'm assuming this means her Pokemon as in her own ones and not some else's right? If so, I reckon probably not as May's chances of appearing in Shinou are pretty low....so her Pokemon probably won't show up as well...

Well there's been many posts around this place so to catch up~

Maybe like Jae said but only if the Pokemon has a new evolved form maybe it'll appear in Shinou but May has no chance of coming back though maybe she will for one episode that is.
