It's simple, you go to the board where you want to create the thread, and there will be a button that says "Create New Thread" or "New Thread". Also, you should ask that question at the Emulation section. ;)

You should visit the Beginner's Lounge located inside the Emulation board. On there, you can get the advice and the stuff you need to get started! Best of luck, and welcome! :)

It basically means you have to make at least 15 posts in order to post links. This was done to prevent spam or some sort. Don't be alarmed. Once you post count reaches 15, then you can start sharing links. Welcome to PC, and hope this answers your question! :)

Hiya Cao Pi! If you're interested in working on a hack, I'd definitely have to start off by directing you to the Emulation sub-forum, which is here. From there, you can look in the Tutorials section or the Toolbox section for guidance, and checking out other hacks for inspiration in Hacks Showcase!

Hiya Rido95! I LOVE UMBREON TOO AAAA :DD He's probably my favorite Eeveelution out of all six or seven or fourteen or however many there are anymore. ;-; Have you looked at our Art Gallery section? We've got a lot of budding artists and stuff here. :DD

Kind of rocky in the start, but I hope they get better. Yeah it is a ROM, I think the Quality is better, despite well those that frown on pirates. Only once, never again. I know terrible.
