Just a few of mine...

Quilava - Asuka (Asuka from NGE has a pretty fiery personality *SHOT*)
Lopunny - Faye (Cowboy Bebop + Pokemon = WIN)
Mightyena - Shenzi (after the hyena from The Lion King)
Stantler - Chopper (ONE PIECE!!!)
Squirtle - Kamina (who saw THIS one coming?)
Ninetales - Rena (NO NO NO NOT HIGURASHI RENA *brick'd*)
Cubone - Bambi (its mom died)

There you are my favorite pokemon all have nicknames i put a lot of thought into them so don't steal Them well you can have some but no one can have Zale
 
I name my pokemon after Tokio Hotel.

Bill-Blaziken
Tom-Swellow
Georg-Dustox
Gustav-Vigoroth
Humanoid (title of current album)-Deoxys
and Alien-Porygon (song title)

But i sometimes name my pokemon "Terry K" (Ultimate Muscle Character),Sakura (Cardcaptors),or Chris S. (Chris Sabin from TNA).

Mightyena - Zero
Totodile to Feraligator - Blue

That's it. Lol. I usually do not give any nicknames, but those are the only ones. (their nicknames are random).
 
I nickname all my Pokémon with Russian names.

Examples:

Piplup - Puzyri (Bubbles)
Wartortle - Volna (Wave)
Fearow - Klyuv (Beak)
Jolteon - Mnogo (Many; because Eevee has many evolutions)
 
I usually don't nickname my pokes, actually.

Female Munchlax named "Mr. Munchy" XD

and a Sceptile named "G CUTTER"

despite being from trades, I picked those nicknames.

I have a Porygon called POLLYWANKRA. (Short for "Polly want a cracker?")

Russel - Arcanine
Neko - Jolteon
Sully - Duskull
Vegas - Luxray

I always nickname my Pokes.

Emolga is Erik!
Darumaka is Derrick!
Named Timburr Chuck!
Gave my Karrablast the name Percy!
Named Joltik Caleb!
