3. Ghastly is found in Lavender Tower.

my good sir I believe this is impossible. For the fact being you can't bring up catching pokemon.

If this is proven impossible, please change it too link pokemon ruby to pokemon white in two links
Challenge: Don't bring up versions, types, moves, or trasfering machines of any sort.
(yes I have done this, it is possible, quite obvious you don't even have to think)

6. Voltorbs cannot learn growl
7. Electrode evolves from Voltorb
8. In Magma/Aqua hideout, you can find a Masterball next to Electrode

Forgot. :P
Anyways, another solution would be:
1. Eevee can learn tackle
2. Tackle is a normal type move
3. Growl is another normal type move
4. Jolteon cannot learn growl by level up
5. Jolteons is an electric type
6. Electric does not affect ground types
7. Eevee cannot evolve into a ground type
8. You can pick up a masterball with Eevee in your first slot.
Anyways, my challenge to link Marowak to tall grass without mentioning wild encounters in five moves still stands.
 
1.) Marowak is a pokemon
2.) Some pokemon can breed
3.) Speaking of breeding, legendaries can't
4.) The legendary virizion is in Black/White
5.) You have to go through tall grass to get to it.

Link Prof. Oak to Prof. Juniper in 6 links
Challenge: Can't mention versions, jobs, trees(no I don't mean bonsly), or starters.
 
1. Prof. Oak is the maker of the Pokedex.
2. To fill the Pokedex, one must catch Pokemon.
3. Wild Pokemon with 1hp remaining are much easier to catch.
4. The move False Swipe can reliably get a wild Pokemon down to 1hp.
5. False Swipe is a TM.
6. TM54 False Swipe can be obtained from Professor Juniper.

My last question was an epic fail as I forgot to mention the number of links (meant to be 8). Anyway, link Sheer Force to Sand Force in 2 links, without mentioning any other Pokemon, people, moves, items, abilities or natures (oh, and language links are invalid as told in the OP, so Pokemon links only).

It can still be done in several ways. Here's one-

1. Sheer Force raises the base power of certain moves by 30%.
2. Another ability that raises the power of some moves by 30% is Sand Force.

Now link Ash (the anime character) to his Pikachu (the character, not the species) in 7 links without mentioning any other Pokemon or Anime character.

1. Ash comes from Pallet Town.
2. Pallet Town is an area of Kanto.
3. Kanto is a region just like Unova.
4. Unova has a Dragon type gym as the eight gym.
5. Blackthorn City has Johto's eighth gym.
6. In game Claire the leader uses Dragon type Pokemon.
7. Ash's Pikachu is shown to be weak against Dragon types in the anime.

Well, seeing as the link to New York isn't a Pokemon related link, I'll post an alternative answer.

1.Magnemite can learn Flash.
2.Flash is a TM in Gen 5.
3.You get Flash in Castelia City.

For the question above, here is my answer.

1.Mew is a Psychic type.
2.Mewtwo is also a Psychic type.

Now link Mt. Coronet to Mt. Silver without mentioning any regions.
