Very true! The girl's name is Temaku.. and acts alot like Brock, so she falls in love with Brock when he saves her from falling into a fountain.... she eventually falls in love with James, and a doctor... she stays with him I think.

This is probably the only time I've seen Brock afraid of a girl (who he would otherwise be in love with) Why? Alot of people think it's because Brock's never actually had the situation where a girl's acted like that and he's afraid of committment.. I'm not so sure....

No problem!

Come to think of it.. I've come up with another reason as to why Brock didn't show any initiall interest (at least from the writers' perspective)

If he did.. then they could actually become a couple.. and the writers, it would seem... don't want that to happen.. yet... so they decided to twist the situation....
