Well.. He was originally looking at Claire (from Going for a Spinda)

He's promising her he'll find the Spinda she's looking for.. lol.. somehow she's managed to switch places with her butler without him noticing... ^_^

lol.. it's lucky that Brock's not real, maya miyazono, or he might have a restraining order placed upon you ! or.. maybe not hehe ;)

Hmmm. I'm not so sure myself..

His hat reminds me of a preist/Rabbi, but he could be practically anything...
