Well, it's obviously already programmed, so it's most likely coming out.

Actually, it's not programmed, you see the rumor started when Dragonball Kai was removed from it's TV slot and it was replaced with something called Digimon Around so fans started thinking a new digimon series popped up but Kai soon got it's time slot back and Toei Animation already confirmed that Dragonball Kai is confirmed for 99 episodes meaning that it is continuing to be brodcast and no new digimon season. Well not now there's not. :(
