I'll have to agree with you--the flow of events is better in the anime if you ask me. Also, extra storylines and exsisting storylines are elaborated on.

I think that if you compare the chapters in the manga to the episodes in the anime, the manga would go from episode 1 to 2 to 11 to 5 o_o;
 
I was sad that they didn't have anything relating to episode 4 (A Forger's Love) in the manga...that episode bears a lot of significance to me (the woman's name and the blue rose, but I won't go any farther.)
 
Yeah...the significance to that is that my prom date and best friend (whose name was Corinne like the woman in that episode) loved blue roses and got a blue rose corsage from me. The blue rose was a symbol of our friendship to me back then...
 
If Ed would be a little more open with Winry about everything, they'd be perfect together, but as it is, Ed makes Winry miserable way too much <_<;
 
I feel so sorry for Winry because she's almost never in an episode without Ed making her cry ;_; I actually think Winry X Alphonse would work a lot better.
 
I know...I'm just saying though...is all. Even though Winry always cries when Ed's there..I still think they'll be together in the end..
 
Oh, of course, most likely. Relationships based on misery happen all the time o_o; Winry's a bit too forgiving, so they'll be together.
 
Aww...I think the same thing, but still...it's sad...Maybe he can meet someone in the future or something...
 
Yeah...and if even if he gets his body back eventually (I don't know, and nobody had better spoil it for me) he's going to have a lot of catching up to do. He'll be a 14 or 15 year old in a 10 year old's body o_o;
 
Good, thanks...not everyone would be so considerate o_o; I try to keep as far away from spoilers as I can, but it doesn't always work. I knew Maes Hughes was going to die weeks before he did =/ And right now, all I know is the meaning of the symbol on Ed's jacket and a big secret about F?hrer King Bradley...
