Well, I guess A-one is right :) Everyone here is good at Misty art with their particular styles of drawings. I personally like MWM's, A-one's, Chairman Kaga's, and buster_wolf's art particularily by their different artistic styles. MWM is usually looked up to because of her amazing skills at CG, and buster_wolf particularily on his amazing sketches.

BTW, Totakikay your fanfics are so interesting!!

Man, this board really has dryed out. Once being a fiery, outstanding board now has reverted back to being rusted and dryed up :( Come on ppls, let's do something fun. Supreme Edgeboy Max doesn't reply anymore here, and lot of members are leaving this board... I hope that atleast one day you guys will turn around and make this board bak to what it was initially for- for the FANS!! But... I guess like I said, everyone is dryed out...
 
No no, I don't mean you ML 17. I mean that people aren't even bothering working on a topic or so, and that makes me sad. I'm posting so that everyone will make a topic or something. Though many people don't have time to post much, there can atleast be a topic so that DURING the time people post, everyone will have fun and participate as the Misty fans that we are.

Oh and xflygonx, Welcome to the Club! All of us, especially me, greet you with warm hearts ready to discuss all about Misty!

So yea. In a few weeks I plan to post a fanart of all the members of the pokecommunity. It will be hard, but if I get all of your support I'll definitely take my time to make the big art piece. I will not leave anyone outside this time around. I'll try really hard to use everyone from this club (even the new guys! n_n).

I've gotten better at drawing again and I want to experiment with the skill by doing this for Pokecommunity. I'm not too sure whether it will be in color or not- but I hope I'll get the chance and time to do that part when I finish the whole- cleaned out sketch :D

I just took a look at the posts I did from pg. 50-100 and man am I embarrassed. I can't believe I ranted so much back in the day. I still see my analysis's and I can see that I have way more rounded and critically accurate views NOW then I did back then. So many members... now, lots of em are not even here. What ever happened to Silent Tattsu- the owner of this board? It's sad that even the owner isn't here that much anymore.

Guess who's back Tkinc! I'm sorry for being away so long, but I've had life to attend to, as well as exams and all that. ^_^ But I'm back and all, so look happy everyone. Oh, as for Silent Tattsu, she left because PC is dying - as a lot of people are saying. She has left quite a long while back, but it was after Chairman Kaga left. But Kaga's back and all that .. I hoped she'd be back with him too. But it didn't come out that way.

As I don't see much of a discussion going on here about Misty, here's a random little topic I've thought up.
If the writers replace May with another female character in the next season, instead of bringing Misty back, would you still want her back or would you want the new character to stay? Note: Under those circumstances, BOTH May and Misty would be away from the anime.

It depends of what character and looking new girl would have. It would be interesting to replace new girl with May, but I still would want to bring back Misty ofcourse!

You're back!! Thanks for that info- now I have no reason to complain. You're new look is cool as well Supreme Edgeboy Max! I can understand exactly what you mean about those exams and such. Again I guess I wasn't clear; o_o I meant those who weren't participating even when they did reply... Well that's in da past. It's awesome that now more people (compared to yesterday) replied more often. Sadly, I'm also beginning to follow Silent Tattsu because indeed PC is dying- just look at it, it's pathetic. Yea, we have a few fans here and there, but I guess until some of us (like me) who release a Pokemon game that "blows people away" or that the show ACTUALLY STAYS ON TRACK and gets to some ending, Pokemon won't really be appreciated. Just imagine if pokemon was as emotional as Hikaru no Go was? It somehow pulled u in from the beginning to the end and became a masterpiece. I'm not saying that Pokemon can be like Hikaru no Go, since we all know the francise is meant for endless amounts of pokemon, but they can atleast do something different and have lots of plot twists to keep it going or even significant SAGA's (like One Piece's different arcs-- I'M TALKING ABOUT THE JAPANESE VERSION) instead of some mindless fillers. This is just my idea what would HAVE made Pokemon really good here, but hey! just talking about that, isn't getting anyone anywhere...

Ok. To answer Supreme Edgeboy Max's topic, Here's my answer:
There are 4 solutions:
1) I don't think that anyone will replace May as a new female cast on the show
2) If someone replaces May, it might be someone very similar to Misty- like I believe May was a particularly different side of Misty the artist wanted to have on the show, and produce some ... rivalry? Well, anyways, this new character might just be another aspect to Misty and perhaps add to the so-called love-triangle I believe is present in Ash's life
3) If not #2, This new female character might just be flirtatious... like... Blue perhaps- from the new Pokemon comics? When Misty and/or May would meet with her, they would get fired up (aka Jealousy ^_^) and that would not only make the anime funny, but also make the community want Misty back even more- so more shipping perhaps?
4) If not #3... Well, it might just be another innocent girl- almost identical to Ash's character. That way Ash would be good friends with her, and not stand in the way between Misty and/or May. (#3 is just an idea, I don't think this will ever happen)

All in all, I think regardless of any female character standing next to Ash in the next season, everyone will still want only one person back... MISTY!!!

I also think that if Misty will come bak, it has to be the old one; but what i wouldn't like is another female character. Why? Well, I don't want another person to stand in the way of Misty AND we have not seen whether May does indeed like Ash or not (we need to see a few more festivals and such to see what's the status of Ash and May's relationship). Heck, why not bring both Misty, May, and a new female character in the same season, only then do I think that it will truely be interesting with the 'new female character'

WO...So many great pictures, fan arts, and sketches...and some other pictures! I'm trying wait very patiently for Misty to return as well and I agree "Her old character must be revived".

hay Tkinc! i'm back LOL :P

i agree. people here need to spice up there PC lives once again and give off that variety of expressions and ideas they used to have here on the "Misty return" club. i know i haven't visited much becuase this club and PC (in general) has become dry and listless as time passes by... i think this club should be nicknamed "The Official Misty AND Misty Fans (Bring Them [Us] Back) Club".

Tkinc, you said you were going to draw an image of all of us wonderful Misty fans?
i hope its fair, accurate, and inclusive of all the Misty fans here. i know you can do it, through time and patience, and a bit of luck. well, not like few of the images i have seen in the past in here at the club that depicted Misty fans (i will not state the names of the fan artists, for it will offend them), those images were not as fair, accurate, and inclusive as i thought they were when i looked at them carefully. for those drawers, i want to remind them that it has made others feel invisible and tossed out of this club. please be like what i just said (those three words are in italics, located in the second sentence of this paragraph), people won't appreciate and admire you enough for such a social contribution, THANK YOU.

O_O Totakikay- that was such a wonderful speech! I totally agree w/ you my friend. Yes, I'm gonna get a head start of it this weekend for sure (because i have SOO MUCH WORK TO DO IN COLLEGE O_O) and i'll PM YOU FIRST w/ the rough draft and/or anyone who wants to see it personally before I officially paste it... Yes, I'll do my best to add almost all of the people in Pokecommunity- Misty club and make it clear :D Don't worry anyone, you're all included cause I care about you all very much

So this is the present project for this board (for me ^_^)

1) Group Misty Club members (all hopefully) in a big picture
2) Valentine's Card pic for future Pokemon fans to their sweethearts o_o hmm...
3) Another personal Pokemon fanart (with Misty)
4) Drawing of how Misty and May would act if Blue was the new female in the new season and was holding Ash's hand and flirting (?)...

Well that's my agenda for the PC. Hopefully I'll get it all done :D

i want to do some reasoning with your future fanart Tkinc.
about number 1- please be careful on reminding people that if you missed anybody that you apologize and will add them to your image the next time you login to PC (i strongly suggest you use adobe photoshop and save it as a .psd file for easy changes).
about number 2- there are many people who are not in romantic relationships right now and there are some religions who may not believe in valentine's day, please be fair. spring is coming soon (hence my new signature :P) so try starting there, may you please Tkinc?
about number 3- that would be good! i want to see your fanart of misty, whether anytime soon will be fine. take your time.
about number 4- this sounds pretty interesting. a good topic to talk about!
for numbers 3 and 4- let's work on those together :)

i'll be coming back once in a while, to be honest. Tkinc, i believe i gave you a reason why, right? thanks for reading my reasons and posts! :)
 
Wow, I get the feeling that these two will be doing some really good projects soon. If you draw up something that has the whole club in it, don't forget me. =3

Yeah, Totakikay and I are best friends (in real life that is) and so we see each other often- work on projects and etc. Though we go to different colleges, we still manage to keep in touch either through email or the phone :D

About #2 I believe Totakikay... well, I'll do something about March, but remember that when I said "sweethearts" I was only making it sound pretty, nothing more ^_^.

Well, I gtg. So much work and... I got a specially selected note today from da Military telling me to reply in 10 days or I am able to get severe punishment, either by a 250k fine and/or imprisonment I'm feeling really down and depressed. I would appreciate any of you who would give me some spirit to continue everything because I feel so depressed :( scared... and worried. I don't think many of you have to worry now, but since I'm 18 and my original name sounds like one of those 'terrorists' that the U.S talk about, I am specially selected to register for the da$% army... Sorry if I'm ranting... I'm depressed because I know that if I even get drafted my life is over as well as my dreams for PC and everything...
 
Tkinc, don't worry yet...all American males have to register for the Selective Service within a month after they turn eighteen...as much as I didn't want to do it I had to, because, unfortunately, they can do all sorts of horrible things to you such as the ones you listed if you don't. It's not just because you have an arab-sounding name, so rest assured regarind that. I know it's angering to have nothing you can do about it...but, if worse should come to worse in the nest few years, there are plenty of ways to dodge the draft. Just, good luck and I hope you can feel better regarding this...

It's been a while but I'm still in the club right=3?Well I'm glad that Misty's short return is coming up in America ^^-though I wish she was back permanently D=!- It's good to see a few familiar faces here/and a few new ones too/=D I'm glad that this club has survived the test of time! Oh and that is quite an adorable picture you have there CK :3! I love the artists cutesy style<3!
