Don't mix the anime, please, it's crap. In the game they are just normal ghost Pokémon (made of gas, though)

Yeah, the anime doesn't work well with the games.. legendary pokemon arent able to breed, yet in the anime there was a baby Lugia. 'Nuff said.
 
OK. So theories are completely forgetting about ghosts and assuming they're illusions or whatever. So where did the spooky part go to? I think it's very clear that they are real ghosts, unless all of what we're discussing is just a fake haunted mansion.

Well, its almost TOO haunted to be true. The one statue, creepy books, no furniture. It seems almost too scary. And I just realised, if this was a really old house, whats with the big screen TV?
 
Perhaps the Old Gateau heals Pokemon, but is poisonous to humans! Extending from the poisoned food theory, maybe the chef poisoned the cake with an ingredient that would only harm people, and kept an antidote hidden for himself! That would explain the antidote near the kitchen, as well as the Old Gateau!

hehe i spose... since theres no bathrooms anywhere else.
we talk about the creepy chateau, but its even more creepy that no one sleeps in that game :paranoid:
 
I noticed that outside the chateau, you can see that it has Stained Glass Windows. Maybe it was like, a sanctuary for hurt Pokemon until The Plasma Incident!!!

They sleep when you save the game and turn it off. They die when you forget to save it and turn it off XP

anyway, my cousin Claims he found a thrid ghost. I don't belive him, I asked him to show me, and he went into the Old Chateu's Kitchen. We accually saw a little white move threw the wall (Seperating the Kitchen and the Dining room) and into the Dining Room. We followed it into the Room with eyes on the wall, and it stoped. My cousin walked up to it, and pushed A. The stupid little thing made a move, and ran into the TV in the other room. He had already caught Rotom, so we had ruled him out. He went and hit the TV again, and the white dot attacked. It acctually didn't go into a battle, but it threw him out of the Chateu. He went back in, But couldn't find that dot again. What do you think that little white dot was?!?

I bet it was a glitch in the games programing if not, I don't know maybe your game is haunted (LOL)

No glitch can do such a sequence, unless it was some thing left for Rotom's encounter, maybe activated by doing strange sequences (like Missingno.'s), ut it's kind of hard to believe. Still, it's possible because the game has been out for a short time so you may be the first. And the other possibility: Your game is haunted.
 
maybe the game is starting to get all glitchy. my older brother told me that when a game is released for the first time, after a while it starts to get all glitchy, until the release another version of the game. still, i dont believe him. h and i cant wait to get to that place XD i love creepy and spooky things.

Remember this doesn't sound as a glitch. Thid sounds like a real in-game sequence of events.
 
Belive it or not, It DID happen. after I saw the little whit dot here's what I did:

I found it in the kitchen and chased it into the Room w/ Eyes on the wall. I went up to it and tried to open my Menu. It wouldn't open. I tried to push B, and nothing happened. Itried to get out of the room, but it was like getting stuck in the Mud, except you couldn't get out. There was a Text box that said:

"Get..........Out.....Of.....Our.....Resting.....Place...."

and once I finnally got free, I ran for my life! I was out of that chateu in about 10 secounds thanks to a Max repel + lv100 in my lead slot.

Belive it or not, this all DID happen. No, my game didn't freeze.
