Oh wow, sorry XD

Change Pidgey to Starly (Gust to Wing Attack) and Wailmer to Buizel then.

And I'll give you your last pokemon, a Pachirisu that can't be used at all in trainer battles (including gym leaders) until you beat the 5th gym.

@Patch- Treecko, can not evolve into Grovyle until it learns Mega Drain by level up, and you can't defeat wild pokemon with it.

I'm assuming catching =/= defeating since then it'd be impossible? =P

And since you gave me one, have a Pidgey that can't evolve until ten levels later. So level 28 and then level 46.

You can battle/catch them, you just can't beat them.

Oh btw, I didn't give you a Pidgey, but I'll take it anyway :D

Take a Taillow that can't evolve until you beat your rival the 2nd time (On Route 110 I believe), and who must know Hyper Beam once it evolves into Swellow.

My Team:

You can get the Lapras from Silph. Co. and call it IceCream.

How about a Vulpix that can't evolve until you've beaten Blaine?

Take a Gyarados, Which has to learn surf as soon as it can.
Also it must know a Fire Type and a Electric Type move as soon as it can.

You can have Clefairy, which can evolve but can only know TM/Move Tutor Moves
