I'm using sapphire, I can't get Fearow

EDIT: Plus, aren't legendaries against the rules?
 
WeightyWillBill, you get a special attacking Spinda (no physical-type attacks).

Mal'akh, I give you a Numel that must have any two of these attacks: Toxic, Attract, Amnesia and Double Team.

Pokemon:
Tentacruel - Must know only level-up moves. No HM's
Lunatone - Must learn Rock Tomb and Ice Beam. Cannot learn Psychic
Spinda - Special Moves only. No physical moves.
Kecleon - Must know Skill Swap and Thief. Cannot learn Slash, Aerial Ace, or Brick Break

Here we go.
Sidenote: i hate kecleons.....
ANYWAYS, I'll begin now.
 
If I may give you another one, Mal'akh:
Have a Pinsir! But when it learns Brick Break by level up, replace that attack with Secret Power :>

Btw, I'm still waiting for 2 more guys as well.

Alrighty then. xD

So that's a Numel that must learn Toxic and Attract;
Machoke that cannot learn Revenge, but must know Bulk Up;
and a Pinsir who's level-up-Brick Break must be replaced with Secret Power.
Now just one more. 8D
 
Right. Everything is updated so far. I added a couple of rules, so yeah...

So that we can get everyone going, I'm going to go ahead and finish everyone's lineups.

Dunsparce: Take a Breloom. His only Grass move must be Mega Drain, and his only Fighting move must be Mach Punch
Also, finish with a Grumpig. It must have all damaging moves, exactly 2 of which are Psychic type.

mal'akh, take a Gyarados. Only restriction is that it can't have more than one HM on it. Your choice which one it is, though.

and JeTz, finish up with a Torterra. He must have 4 different type attacks for his moveset.

All right, I think that's everyone.

Also a Cloyster. Must know Teleport and Clamp, cannot learn any ice type moves. *yes, Cloyster can learn Teleport in R/B/Y via TM*

Oh yeah I cannot trade. So that will restrict me only.

Team:
-Charmeleon: Dig, no Flamethrower.
-Cloyster: Teleport, Clamp, no ice moves
-Sandslash: Cannot battle wild Pokemon.

I still need one more Pokemon but I can wait.
