looks like a crowd of people in front of some type of building (probably gov't related too), with either some fireworks in the sky or some kind of light... what is the avatar suppose to be anyway?

It's the Parliament, you know where the House of Commons are, and there's fireworks because it was on Canada Day.

i know what the parliament looks like (it's in every single freaky social study textbook -_-) but i can't really tell that it's the parliament from such a small picture, and with that "smushed" up firework in the back...
