Well the best thing you could do is probably talk to his girlfriend or something...let her know about the situation if she doesn't already..

We aren't that close, I'm closer to his kids. ._.; my mom wanted to put him in rehab, but she chickened out.

I've got a bad feeling that rehab doesn't work anymore...alcohol tends to be the 13th step in the twelve-step-process ._.;
If he's so unfaithful to his wife and is getting drunk instead of helping to take care of his own children, he definitely needs to be divorced and left by himself.....people like that sicken me ._.

Hmm...he just might...
After all there are all the factors..
-Is old enough to buy guns/other weapons
-Has a driver's license
-has been unfaitful to wife, but girlfriend is also a problem
-drinks a lot
Those are just some of factors that lead to domestic violence, murder followed by suicide,etcetera..
Though I'm sorry if I make things worse I'm just trying to lay the facts out to see if they can be used to prevent something bad from happening..

Then if it's all the men the cycle of violence is going to continue because they'll just overpower everyone else and continue to assert their dangerous behaviors with no one in their path that can stop them from spiraling down even more...
If your family is that dangerous you can get yourself legally emancipated somehow, can't you?
