But I can say that the person below me has never achieved their first Elite Four victory in a Pokemon game without using any items throughout the entire run (both during and in-between battles).

(I specifically mean the FIRST time one has beaten the Elite Four in the game, as in the one that caused the earliest Hall of Fame entry.)

TPBMHN one the first run on their first Pokemon game,successfully beaten the E4 and completed the Pokedex.I always got hung up at Silph Co because of the portals and I ended up losing the game before I could finish(the reason I BACKTRACKED to red)
