not with the gts glitch but you might be able to with an action replay but I don't know for sure.

Can i get any lv.100 pokemon for any of those pokemons: Staraptor lv.37, Bibarel lv.36, Torterra lv.43 And any of these items (you can get more than one if you like) oval stone, soothe ball, spell tag, shell bell, odd incense, big root, everstone, smoke ball, iron ball, fist plate, cleanse tag, red shard, oval stone, spooky plate, silver powder. EDIT: If I cant get lv.100 can i get lv.70+?
