I think Pachirisu would suit Beauty because the beauty colour is blue in contest types and Pikachu would suit tough same reason as Pachirisu.

Hikari could go alright with Pika, but Ash and Pachirisu just don't fit together at all...

Pikachu would do well in a Cool contest, with Volt Tackle and various other electrical attacks able to be performed and deemed in a cool way.
Pachirisu would fit more into a Cute contest, using the various blue electricity and appeal-type attacks such as Charm.
