How would you cheer up Pikachu and Pachirisu when they're feeling sad?
1. Well, I would take them to the park or some sort amusement park and give them a special treat.
2. If they were really sad, I would tickle them and give them a chuu kiss telling them they're perfect and I would do anything for them.
3. Let them out of the balls for a while to let them get some fresh air and let them sleep with me in my sleeping bag/bed and we can have one big slumber party. xD

Depends. If they are wild. I guess I could give them something nice to eat. However if it was my own Pika/Pachi or a friend's or I knew that particular Pika/Pachi would not shock me. I'd try to get it to play with me or take them somewhere its nice (but not too noisy, I bet both of them have rather sensitive ears). Thro at times like that i would be wishing i could just talk to them to find out whats wrong.
