I'm not too good with using Pachy in battle, it's more a contest Pokemon for its cuteness. XD

I like how Pika now has both Surf (completing the true Surfing Pikachu) and Volt Tackle given to you in PBR. It's handy IMO and if necessary, a Surfing, Volt Tackling Raichu can be made!! XDD
