Oohhh... I hate being American! *pouts* Don't know German! Anyways I felt like making that pic cause I was bored.. What would happen if they made a game like that only two Pichu follow you around and you are Pikachu?
Hmmm, I'm not sure can the well know Vietnamese Hacker can do it, but it's worth a shot. :P Also, does Pika mean electricty in english? I could have sworn I heard that somewhere.

Pikachu + Fire stone
Make him/her hold fire stone , raise to level 20 or above.
Use water stone or leaf stone. It will either evolve in CL_Kyorgre01 or
CL_Celebi05. use opposite stone water if used leaf or Leaf if you used Water.
After that it will Evolve in to Pikachu_04 Rainbow style!
Attacks it could learn.
It depends on the order of which you used it.
Fire - water
Attacks:
Fire blast
Flamethrower
Ember
Fire Punch
Over heat
Surf
Sheer cold
Ice beam
Dive
Whirlpool
And any other Thunder water or fire moves I didn`t mention
