TRUTH is completely legit- Bozo (on Smogon) is a very well known trader, in particular known for his TRUTH. You can check it before you trade if you would like.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I need Truth so bad! :O OMG, I don't even care if it is hacked or not and I am leaning toward joining you. Even if I don't have alot of great pokemon this opertunity would be great. And like I said I'm not sure yet. But this would probably lean me towards joining. But omg I need this pokemon! ! x]
