Cards against Humanity event hosted by me and Tapioca yay!!

A couple of things to discuss:
    - should we have predetermined times of when games will happen? last time we did this, it was basically whenever a host feels like hosting a game and that kind of didn't work out i guess because there weren't many people every time.
    - should we set a maximum number of people per game? 10 is kind of the largest number that won't make the game feel cramped + having a lot of players can also drag a game for too long
    - how should we do the ranking? i was thinking of just using a simple points system and the top 3 will be determined by the number of points that a player has
    - probably something else that i've forgotten

also i'd like to do the thread design myself but if you'd like to do it then i won't stop you x)

    Yayy hi :)

    - Yes, absolutely. I'm available to host games any day past 4pm my time, so it'll be easy at least for me to say "we'll play starting at _____ pm every other day" or whatever. We can figure times and frequency later :)
    - I think 10 is a fair number! Do you think if we have say, 11 people wanting to play, we should just let that one extra person in? Kind of seems silly to make one person wait, only to kick one person out for the next game.
    - Yeah, though we do points based on how many rounds they win, or whole games?

i forgot to reply to this, haha. but yeah, i think that's fair

what should be our standard card sets?
    Spoiler:

we usually play with all versions + all expansions and some cardcast custom cards

All versions sounds awesome, as well as what you just sent me:
I just found out that we can make a custom deck!! Maybe we can make one for the PC CAH? cards that are all about PC??

I think that would be pretty interesting :0 Though, I think we should avoid using members on the cards, since it could turn into a popularity contest/people have feelings made of baby bones.

(also, just a heads up, a few days ago, we ended up getting approved for a rental home. I'm not sure when we're moving in, which means I'm not sure when or for how long I'll be without internet. THE GOOD NEWS IS, I can just take my laptop with me to work and host it there. Or a bar. Or something. I'm gonna have to be crafty aaaaa.)

I like the second one! Maybe condense it a bit, so it's not as tall. Like move the bottom part to beside the top part or something. But I know it's supposed to look like the box, so either way is fine with me!

rofl i spent way too much time with this but i'm happy now x) what do you think?

Hello and welcome to Cards Against PokéCommunity, a Cards Against Humanity event for PC's Get-Together 12! According to the game's official website, "Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people. Unlike most of the party games you've played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends."

The objective of the game is simple. Each round, a black card is drawn from a deck of black cards. Each player will try to answer with the white cards that they have on their hand. The card czar picks the funniest white card and the owner of that card is the winner of the round!

    How To Join
For this event, we'll be using the Pretend You're Xyzzy webapp. If you're unfamiliar with the website, don't worry! It's safe, and it's easy to learn as well. Before each session starts, either of the hosts will post in this thread with (a) a link to the room we'll be playing at and (b) the password to the said room. Each game will be played up to 8 points, and there can be several games per session. In addition to that, we'll be using a custom deck made specifically for PokéCommunity!

A room may be created at any time, but below are the times where you'll most likely find a room already made. All times are in EST. Use this timezone converter to find out the equivalent time for your timezone.

    8AM - 9AM
    12PM - 1PM
    4PM - 5PM
    8PM - 9PM

    Rules
    - The PokéCommunity rules apply in chat, aside from a couple of exceptions.

All right so that should be the final design (unless you want anything changed.) There's still a few write-ups to do and the times still need to be figured out. I was thinking of using EST as the base time because I think that's the most common one. I'm available to host at the following times (EST): 8AM - 1PM and 8PM - 4AM.
