Edit: XDLugia is correct Jason, not to knock you, but to be placed on Open Challenge you must first be in the top ten...
BUT to ACCEPT someones open challenge there is NO REQUIREMENT except being online to post here that you are accepting the challenge before someone else gets to it. Also once you do this you must VM the OC to let them know the challenge is acepted.

otherwise there is plenty of people to challenge and earn some LAP as well as climbing the ladder :)

Well he has been there for a while and nobody has challenged him.
I can retract my challenge if you want, its perfectly fine with me.
