For insane, you have challenge it here, put you haven't VM him, so it can't be a rank up.
For the second, if you don't remember his name, you can't rank up.

If you find no one to battle, accept Jin-Roh open challenge. It can be like a free rank up.

Also, it makes 5 days that I challenge shot571 and he didn't give an answer. I rank up.

You can probably mark me back. I brought my laptop with me on my vacation and found internet connection, though I will be on and off until Tuesday.
