• Zach breathed in the salty ocean smell.
"Im almost there!" He thought as he saw the island and the school getting closer and closer. Students were going inside and getting ready for class. Ben looked at the letter that his dad wrote out for him it read:
Dear Zach,
I cant beleive your going to this excellent school! I am so proud of you! Remember, your dorm is the Entei dorm. I suggest you should train your Poliwag a little bit so go to the Water specialization class first. I hope you make new freinds and have fun!
I love you!
From,
Dad
Zach folded up the peice of paper and put it in his bag. He looked at the school again and smiled.
"This is going to be great!" Zach thought.
He was going to be a great trainer and this was the first step of becoming legendary! When the boat docked, Zach quickly rushed down to the exit where he picked up his red jacket.
"This is so cool!" Zach thought as he sprined into the school, with a huge grin on his face, and without even looking at anyone.

• Vincent Xackford Luna

Vincent woke from his sleep with a sad face and a disappointing feeling. He wanted to have fun today but he guessed that was all ruined by what happened in the forest. The memory of what happened to Sel popped up in his head when she had gotten poisoned in her leg. He laughed, not long after that did Calnith show up and start blowing stuff up. To Vince it seemed that the school was playing with him, pushing him to see how much craziness he could take before he went of the deep end. When he saw Shade speaking with Terra he remembered what really matter and he wasn't going to let this get him down.

It still didn't make any sense to him, why Dardanette attacked him and what was that strange feeling he got when she grabbed his hand. It was like his very soul was being sucked out of his body and being dragged into her essence, he should have listened to Shade and Dyno. That was one of the rare times Dyno actually cared for what was going to happen to Vincent. Normally the Deino would have just snickered and then walked off and let Vince deal with his own problems but this time he helped. Maybe the school was getting to the Deino also.

"Hey you two," He said as he looked over to his two pokemon with a bright smile. As Shade jumped onto Vince's chest and rubbed his tail against his chin a nurse came in caring a tray of pokeballs. It only had three on it, one of Vincent's pokemon wasn't doing so well.

"Here are you Deino, Joltik and Anorith Mr. Luna," The Nurse said as she placed the tray onto the desk next to the bed Vincent was resting in. Wait, she only said Dyno, Wattage and Scissors, what about Blitz?

"Um excuse me ma'am but what about my Charizard?" Vince asked as he sat up right in the bed. The nurse looked at Vince with a sad face and sighed.

"Your Charizard took a lot of damage and needs to stay longer, sorry," The Nurse said as she then walked out of the room. Once the door shut behind her Vince let out a sigh and looked to Shade.

"He'll be alright I'm sure of it," He said mainly to himself. Shade looked at Vince with a smile, at least his trainer was looking at the positive side of things now. Before Shade was getting worried that Vince was going to be depressed all the time. Xack was honestly feeling better now, well fine enough to walk around. He got out of the bed and put his shoes on. Then he grabbed his pokeballs and placed them on the belt that he was wearing. As he walked out of the room he was stopped by a nurse who had said that he needed to get back in his room.

"I'm alright trust me I'm a fast healer some poison by a pokemon isn't going to get me....," He stopped talking as he felt a sharp pain in his leg. It was probably from getting blasted by that Gengar.

"Sir you need to get back into you room, you still need rest," The nurse said trying to shove Vince back into his room. Shade, who was on Vince's shoulder, looked to the nurse and growled.

<Listen lady if my trainer is really hurt I'll personally drag him back here> Shade said with an attitude. The nurse was shocked by the talking Zorua and backed up in astonishment. Vince started walking down the hallway until he was stopped by a very large male nurse.

"Get back into your room," He said in a dark threating voice. Vince looked onto his shoulder to see if Shade was going to say anything but the Zorua was scared stiff.

"So much bravado for a little Zorua coward," Vince sighed as the man took Vince back to his room. "Uggh! This is bogus!" Xack whined as he laid back in his bed staring at the wall. He felt like he was in a prison, he looked to his Zorua and nodded his head in disappointment.

<What he was big!> Shade snapped as he turned his back to Vince and walked off.

• "Koff-ffing!" the Koffing said, as a way of saying [I can handle this...]. The Grimers were giving the boy and his Pokémon the evil eye, but they didn't seem to care.

The Koffing looked at Jimmy's double briefly and both of them smiled. "Koffing, use that Psybeam move of yours on one of the Grimers!" the kid said, using air quote marks with his fingers when he said "Psybeam". Koffing understood right away and fired the beam at the Grimer, sending it flying and knocking it out. The bikers looked at the spherical Pokémon in surprise. "W-what the...?" the one that went by the name of Lefty said.

"What do you say we call it a draw and you get out of here and leave me alone, you sleazeballs?" Jimmy's double said, in a cocky voice tone.

"You just called us sleazeballs?" the leader said, "Mitch, let's crush him!"

"Roger that, Johnny!" Mitch said, and ordered his Grimer to use Pound on Koffing. The latter was unable to dodge the move, but didn't seem to ahve taken much damage.

"Grimer, use Pound on Koffing too!" the Biker leader said, and his Pokémon hit Koffing as well.

"Fine...Don't say I didn't warn you." the boy said before turning to his Koffing, "You know what to do, right?"

His Koffing nodded and fired another Psybeam at Mitch's Grimer, knocking it out. "Last chance, morons!"

"Bite me!" Johnny said, "This ain't over yet. We ain't givin' up! Grimer, use Pound again!"

Meanwhile the Entei Dorm girl reached the Emergency Room, carrying a dead-looking Jimmy with her, with Smokey following them.

• Zach stepped inside of the school.
"Okay so i think im going to go to the water type specialist class." Zach said to himself. "So some guy named Juan is the teacher."
"Hmmm...now how do you get to that class? Im pretty sure the class would be at a pool or water battlefield." Zach said to himself.
He walked around looking for the class as he observed the school.
"This is a really nice place!" Zach thought as he walked. Finally, he came across a door with a thin rectangular window. He peeked through and saw a pool. This must be the right place.
Zach walked in and saw a man in a blue coat. He had weird hair that was dark but a patch of white stuck up.
Zach cleared his throat,"Ahem!...Um...is this the...water type specialization class?" He said.
The man nodded,"Yes it is! My name is Juan and I will be your teacher today, lets get started! Do you have any water type pokemon?" Juan said.
"Yeah...um... I have a Poliwag," Zach said as he took out his pokeball that contained Hydro.
He released Hydro and Juan observed him.
"Hmm...tell me about this Poliwag." Juan said.
"Uh...He is a male and his name is Hydro and um...-"
"Hey,you dont have to be so shy!" Juan said,"Its okay to be nervous on you first day of school, but i dont bite! So dont be so shy around me, okay?" He said.
"Yeah, okay." Zach said as he smiled. He really liked this teacher Juan. Hopefully everyone can be as nice as he is.
"Okay, get back to what you were saying..." Juan said.
"Oh, right! So, Hydro is level 11 and knows the moves tackle, water gun, bubblebeam, rollout, and tail whip." Zach said.
"Okay, interesting! There is a TM shop in Oak Town that is great! I suggest you take a visit there sometime soon and you can get some really good moves for Hydro!" Juan said.
"Oh awesome!" Zach said,"but what can we do now?" Zach was starting to open up to Juan and he started to feel comfortable around him.
"Well...I can help Hydro strengthen his water moves." Said Juan.
"Okay, that sounds fine." Zach said as they began to work.
They started to power up water gun. Hydro practiced his strength of the attack. He used water gun over and over again. Juan taught Hydro a way to shoot out water that made the force much greater. Hydro made progress, and his water gun attack was slightly less of the force of a hydro pump. Then they practiced bubblebeam. Juan taught Hydro to release more bubbles and faster to make a greater force. Hydro was good at this and was able to release a pretty powerful attack.
"Okay! Great job! That will be it for today!" Juan said.
Zach groaned in disappointment as he called in Hydro. Hydro was really getting powerful though!
"Bye Juan!" Zach said.
"See you later! Oh and dont forget that TM shop in OakTown!" Juan said.
Zach left the room and started to go sightseeing around the school again.
"Wow that was great! I hope every class is like that!" Zach shouted. He blushed and looked around to check if anyone noticed him. Luckily, no one did. He continued walking down the hall. This school is fantastic so far!

• Snacks

Snacks had taken the liberty to take a fish while strolling to the beach and eating it. She fished up another fish and munched it down before getting another five clams to eat. "Fuaaah! I'm full!" exclaimed Snacks, "I wants to look around for some other stuff now!". She took of from the beach and started looking around the area. She didn't notice much until he took notice of something, Ven's dorm. She had only noticed that it was the Entei dorm and NOT the Suicune dorm, and was she disappointed. Snacks grumbled, she liked being the strongest, or at least belonging to one of the best. "Whaat? Ven not in the blue color but the red color? Him no the best after all...." complained Snacks to himself. She held her head up high anyway, she liked the feeling. After some thinking and conversing with herself, Snacks decided it was fine. It was better than being in the supposedly weakest dorm, the Raikou dorm. " Meh, whatevers. Me fine like this. Me just wants to go sleep or something." said Snacks to herself. She walked clumsily back to Ven's room and went in a deep sleep for a while.

Hyper and Shock
Hyper and Shock had arrived at the beach and got some rest under a tree there. Shock was comfortably nested between two leaves on his net. "Wow, that must be comfy up there!" yelled Hyper.
"Of course, after all I am great." Shock had been caught up in the comfy feeling that he didn't realize the wind was blowing quite hard. Of course, being the small tick he is, he was blown by the wind. "W..what's going on?" said Shock, still unwary of the situation. "You're being carried away by the wind! Hold on to something!" yelled Hyper.
"Eh, I'm being carried awa...ahhh! I don't like this!" Shock was never comfy at heights, at least not when he's flying surely. "Don't worry, okay maybe worry a little. The wind should calm down soon and you'll drift down, I'll catch you then!" shouted Hyper.

Just then, the wind died out and Shock was falling down. Hyper ran at top speed, he wanted to catch Shock as fast as possible. In just a split second, he caught Shock and panted.
"Wow, that was tiring." said Hyper.

"Of course." replied Shock while gasping for breath.

• Dante

Dante was rushing to his second class when he ran into a man with gray ragged cape and shovel. The man also had a five o'clock shadow.

"Oh sorry about that, mister", Dante said to the man.

"Oh, it's quiet alright, young man", said the man. "My name's Byron and I'm teaching here at the academy."

"Oh cool", Dante said to Byron. "My name is Dante Redson and well, I'm a student here at the academy."

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Dante", Byron said. Well, I got a class to teach. See ya, Dante."

"Later", Dante said to Byron, while heading to class.

• (Here's a joint post between Selena and I. There was some confusion as to who was supposed posted it. |D)

Selene Evans

As Valorie spoke, Selene's mind was buzzing. She barely heard what Valorie said, but she registered the important part - the I'll-Meet-You-Later-On bit - and took that as an opportunity. A chance for some

much needed alone time...not that she disliked being around Valorie. Quite the contrary. But Selene just needed a few moments to be, by herself.

"Yeah...no problem...see you later!" she said, in an attempt at cheerfulness before returning Ryan and wandering out of the canteen. Having returned her Pokemon and slung her bag over her shoulder, it

seemed as though Selene was for all intents and purposes about to make her way to Dragon-type specialisation class...but she wasn't.

Selene made her way down the corridor with a scowl etched so deeply between her arched brows that it seemed as though it would be there permanently. She knew that she should go to the class,

learning about Dragon's would really help her with Sharpay and Blu, but she just couldn't focus. She felt as though her mind was somewhere in space, not inside her body, completely separate although

she couldn't explain fully the weirdness of it all. Nor could she even begin to think about /why/ she felt that way. Striding past the classrooms part of her brain reminded her that she should go in there...but

as quickly as the thought had passed through her mind she had walked past the door. No idea where she was going. Just going.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

Meanwhile, MacKenzie walked around paintbrush tail in hand. She felt incredibly weird having that tail, but it wasn't like she could get rid of it. She was a smeargle now, through and through. Currently she

had nothing with her, as she had left her clothes and the snivy egg in her dorm room, seeing as the former no longer fit her. She had no idea who she was searching for. Who could help her? Who /would/

help her? How could she get help when telling anyone what she'd done meant jail time and expulsion? Perhaps the ordeal had taken a tole on her mentally, and perhaps she hadn't thought this through,

but here she was; a smeargle looking around nervously wandering the school halls. It was only a matter of time before someone took notice and did something, really.

Selene Evans

Rounding a corner, Selene stopped dead, seeing a random Smeargle stood in front of her...looking...nervous?!? Had it gotten lost? She frowned slightly, Smeargle weren't the most common of

Pokemon...she knew that she knew someone who had one...but she couldn't think who, no matter how hard she racked her brains. Regardless, she stopped and looked at the pokemon. "are you...lost?"

she asked, feeling rather foolish - she wouldn't understand the answer anyway. That was assuming the Smeargle understood her in the first place.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie's eyes widened as she found herself looking up at a familiar girl. Selene?? It wasn't who she had expected to find, but to be honest she hadn't known what she was expecting to begin with. The

smeargle in front of Selene nodded her head yes. Woah! It understood the universal sign for yes and no! Apparently she could understand. MacKenzie wanted to avoid actually talking though, out of fear

that someone might find out what she did. She had revealed that she was lost, apparently. She also apparently understood Selene. Huh. What an odd smeargle?

Selene Evans

Brows raising almost impossibly high, Selene's eyes widened as the Smeargle nodded. So...it understood human speech /and/ body language...yeah, Smeargle with their sketching and observation

abilities were amazing at picking things up...but human communication, in various forms at that, was way advanced for any pokemon! "okay...uh..." she stuttered, now trying to figure out what to do now

that she'd somehow found herself engaged in conversation with this Smeargle...at least she'd forgotten about her bad mood. "do you have a trainer? Umm...T.R.A.I.N.E.R?" she asked, as though a

pokemon would understand the concept of phonetic spelling any easier.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie watched as Selene appeared to be surprised by something. Did she know?! MacKenzie was still very nervous, but Selene went on to ask her a question that seemed to confirm that she was still

in the clear. MacKenzie froze up momentarily when asked about having a trainer. A part of her was tempted to lie and say yes. Yet, lies tended to come back to haunt people. She could imagine being

treated as lost and found for a trainer that didn't even exist. As a result, she shook her head no. Once again she seemed to understand pretty well for a pokemon that was apparently wild.

Selene Evans

Now Selene was astounded. Even many trained pokemon didn't understand human language this well...Selene had been willing to stake almost anything on the fact that this Smeargle had a trainer. How

was it so well versed in English? Unless..."look...if your trainer was...nasty, if you don't like them...that's okay...but..." she hesitated. How could she be sure this pokemon was a trainers? The Smeargle didn't

have any kind of Pokeball with it, and Selene wasn't sure how else a trainer's pokemon could be traced without it. She was torn. The pokemon understood English too well to be wild...but why would it lie to

her? She paused, something coming to her. If she tried to catch the pokemon, and it already belonged to someone, surely it wouldn't work...or so she believed. To this end, she took an empty pokeball

from her belt. She couldn't look the pokemon in the eye - weirdly she felt as though she were betraying it's trust, which was bizarre - as she threw the Pokeball at it. Only time would tell...

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie looked up at Selene thoughtfully. She seemed to be implying that... she had had an abusive trainer? MacKenzie silently wondered what Selene would think if she knew the truth. That was a

conversation she didn't particularly want to have, though. Selene hadn't asked a question, so MacKenzie did not communicate. Rather, she observed. Something seemed to be bothering Selene. What was

she---suddenly, she noticed Selene taking a pokeball from her belt. She froze up. She'd never been in this situation before. Normally, it wasn't a great idea to throw a pokeball at a healthy wild pokemon.

They were prone to destroying them or smacking them back at trainer's faces out of spite. However, MacKenzie was not prepared. Even then, she was also not used to her current body, and thus wasn't a

great fighter. She made a brief attempt at dodging but it failed and the ball bounced off her head before opening and absorbing her inside within a beam of red light. The ball would fall to the ground and

wiggle around for several moments before abruptly stilling. The previously red button faded to a regular old white. ...What? She had just caught a smeargle on the first try without weakening it first, and it

had even looked like it had struggled to get out! That was some crazy luck, or was it..? In truth, MacKenzie just hadn't been prepared to resist. The ball now rested on the floor idly.

Selene Evans

Oh hell...it had worked. Selene had caught that strange Smeargle...she looked at the Pokeball with an odd sense of panic. Was it possible to catch another trainer's pokemon?? Or did it mean the

Smeargle /was/ in fact wild? In either case, she moved forward and scooped up the Pokeball, looking at it with an even deeper frown. She already had six Pokemon...at this point, she wasn't planning on

catching any more Pokemon, her other 6 were nowhere near trained to a point where she was ready to take on any further challenges...but this was Pokemon number 7 now, and she suspected that it

would be a handful...

Holding the Pokeball out, she briefly pressed the button on the front and released the Smeargle, who materialised in front of her. She looked down at the Pokemon, feeling even more bemused than

before.

"So...I guess I'm your Trainer now..." she said, feeling an odd sense of impending doom as she spoke the words.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie just sort of fell face first onto the ground when released from her pokeball before picking herself up and dusting itself off in a moderately casual manner. When she turned her expression wasn't

particularly happy. She just sort of made a hand gesture all like 'What the heck, yo'?!' but said nothing at the last second. Shaking her head, she became frustrated. How did she even go about this? How

did she explain this to someone? What did she do? She pushed the anxiety to the side after a moment. It wasn't her style. Forcing herself to move forward she calmed herself, cleared her throat and

adressed Selene in a casual manner.

"Hi."

Oh lawdy, a talking pokemon. Freak out everyone! Of course, talking pokemon were not completely unheard of, though they were exceedingly rare. Her voice didn't sound like her voice had as a human

though. With a different body came a new voice. This voice was much more child-like, fitting with her size.

Selene Evans

Selene's eyes narrowed as the Smeargle actually looked at her, looking totally /pissed/ , and made a weird twitchy hand movement that seemed to be related to this annoyed expression. Woah...

Then it spoke.

Eyes wide, Sel's mouth dropped open and she promptly proceeded to feel her knees give way, falling down onto her bum with a not-so-dignified muffled 'thump!' type of noise. She just looked at the

Smeargle...who had just spoken to her...now Selene wasn't like Bri. She had /never/ been able to talk to Pokemon Nor does she magically develop the skill randomly except for reading Ryan or Ri's

body language, and she was only proficient in reading their body language because she had been with them for so freaking long. This Smeargle not only understood human English exceedingly well...but

also spoke it...which explained a lot.

"Oh...my Arceus. What /are/ you?!" she questioned suddenly, actually scooting backwards across the floor, her feet pushing her backwards so she slid backwards slightly away from the Smeargle, not

thinking to get to her feet. Either that, or she just couldn't at that moment.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie watched as Selene reacted with shock. She wasn't exactly surprised, nor could she blame her. MacKenzie just sort of looked away, her dignity slightly bruised from the entire ordeal so far.

Between losing her body and being captured her day wasn't going very well.

"Well... I /was/ MacKenzie."

Leave it to MacKenzie to approach this incredible situation with all the eligance of a stampeding bull. She didn't seem to see any reason to be gentle with these revelations.

"I'm a smeargle now..."

She looked down at her hands briefly as if she was still having trouble believing this had happened. She then looked back up at Selene.

Selene Evans

"Ma...Ma...Enzie?" stammered Selene light-headedly, not quite managing to say the full name. MacKenzie...had turned into a Smeargle...MacKenzie. The weird girl. Who had practically terrorised Selene and Valorie - not in any violent sense, of course, but she had certainly stuck in their consciousnesses.

Selene took a deep breath.

And promptly fainted.

MacKenzie "Dat Smeargle"

MacKenzie just sort of watched, raising a finger to her mouth in a puzzled expression. It might seem Selene had forgotten to breath, as she had fainted. MacKenzie moved over beside the girl and leaned over her for a moment as if to check and make sure she was actually out of it. Hooo boy, how did she deal with this one? Seeing as none of Selene's pokemon had come out to help MacKenzie sighed. On one hand? She resented the notion that she /had/ to help Selene. She was 'hers' after all. On the other, Selene's ownership was the only thing standing between her and a repeat incident. Seriously what if she got caught by someone she didn't even know? What if unlike Selene they decided to have their pokemon beat her to a pulp first? She thought about it for a few moments before begrudgingly pushing her hands underneath the fallen Selene and lifting her. She was mildly surprised at her own strength.

She then moved over and propped Selene up against the wall. Now to begin waiting for her to wake up, she supposed.

• Clive took the Dark Pulse attack hard. Jacy's lip trembled. It was the end, she knew she had lost. After a moment of silence, however, Clive slowly stood up. "Sni...vy.." I'm...not..through yet... A feeling of determination struck Jacy. She knew that if her next attack wasn't powerful enough, she would lose the match and possibly her faith in battling. "Okay, Clive, use Vine Whip again!" she cried. Clive mustered up all of the energy he could and swung his two vines at Zoro.

Piff had chased the Pokemon all the way to the old Lugia Dorms. "Eevee!" Wait, where are you going?! The pokemon turned around. It was a wild Poochyena, and it had a berry in its mouth. It set the berry down and scowled at Piff and Bolt, who had just showed up. "Poochyena!" Go away, I have to help my friend! Piff cocked her head to the side. "Eevee?" What's wrong? The Poochyena stared at her for a minute, before crying out, "Poochy!" His momma hasn't come back yet, and he's hungry! Piff ran up to the Poochyena. "Eevee!" I can help! The Poochyena looked at her for a moment before nodding, and they entered the Lugia dorms. Bolt sat outside, nervously staring at the entrance. "Shinx..." That Piff...she's not very sensible...

• Zoro got hit hard by the vine whip, causing him to skid land hard onto the ground, a shock of fear strikes Sky.
"Z-Zoro!" said Sky in alarm, and right as she was about to run to Zoro's side, Zoro started to get up, shakingly.
"Zorua!" I'm Fine, Stay where you are. this fight isn't over yet! said Zoro as he glares at the Snivy.
"er...Okay...um...Zoro! Use Leer, Then Scratch!" said Sky, nervous about Zoro's condiction.
Shaking the dirt off of himself, Zoro glares a spine tingling intimidating leer at Clive. Zoro then runs at CLive in a zig-zag movement. When Zoro was just a bit away from Clive, he slashes a powerful slash attack at the snivy in a sideways motion.

Meanwhile Harmony hard caught up with Bolt. "A-Audino?" W-where did the other one go? said Harmony, out of breath from running so much. She then sits down on the ground, trying to catch her breath.

• Falco and Veera

Falco had been thinking about looking around the dorm to get a better sense of direction on where is where. Veera helped him as she liked Falco a bit, sadly Falco had no notice of this.
"Hey Veera, why are you following me around?" asked Falco.
"Uhm... No reason in particular..." Veera replied in a quite voice.
"Okay then! I'm gonna look around here, who knows when Ven'll get lost again?" said Falco.
The pair looked around the Entei Dorm and it's surroundings, they were eventually bored after looking at the same dorm over and over again. "Hey Veera, let's do something, I'm bored." said Falco
"O..okay then! Let's have a little aquatic race!" exclaimed Veera.
Falco agreed to do this, so they trotted along to the coast near the sea and prepared swim to. "Three... Two... One! Go!!"
The two serpents swam in high speed, Veera had gotten the lead easily at first, but when Falco geared up he took the lead. "Falco's not to shabby in speed. I thought he was more power and less speed." thought Veera.
After an intense race, It ended in a draw. They stopped and rested for a while.

• Brian

Brian listened to the lecture about normal types. They discussed how Normal types were very versatile and often had large and diverse move pools to deal with many situations. This made Brian stop and think about the TMs Dean had sent him. He hadn't even looked at them. He looked at the Iron Tail TM that Skye had given him and thought a moment. Duster looked at him, and Sprinkles sat some distance away, pretending he didn't care. But he was actually paying attention.

"Who's that for?" Sprinkles asked after a moment. Bri paused. Thyme was now eying him too.

"I don't know yet... I can use it on all three of you if you want..." he said after a moment.

"Could you use it on me?" Duster asked as the class ended. Bri nodded and placed it on her head. She began to glow and the move was passed on. He looked at Sprinkles, who turned away.

"I don't want that! I like my moves the way they are!" he said crossly. Thyme scowled but said nothing. Brian nodded and put the TM away.

"That's fine Sprinkles... Hm... You're level 5..." he said quietly. Bouncy bounced around and landed in front of Sprinkles.

"Play?" she asked with a smile. Sprinkles growled faintly at her. Thyme grinned and leaned over to Brian.

"Those two are at about the same level. Maybe they could train together, and perhaps Bouncy's attitude may rub off on him," she whispered with a grin. Brian nodded and looked at them both.

"Ok, yeah Bouncy, Sprinkles, you too are going to train together, ok?" Brian said with a smile. Sprinkles scoffed, but Bouncy grinned happily and jumped on him.

"Get off of me!" Sprinkles shouted as he leapt back from her affectionate hug.

• "Hmmm...that TM shop sounds interesting. Maybe i should go check that out." Zach thought to himself. Zach took out his map of the island and found the town.
"Its not that far from campus i guess i can go now." He thought.
He walked out of the school and began to go to Oak town. As he was walking something caught the corner of his eye. He turned around to get a full view and wished he hadnt. He saw a tiny Petilil from the forest getting mauled by a powerful Patrat. Zach sent out Hydro.
"Hydro use water gun!" Zach commanded.
Hydro unleashed a powerful blow of water that hit the Patrat directly. It knocked the Patrat backwards and now Patrat directed its anger to Zach and Hydro. It snarled bitterly and then leaped towards Hydro. It struck Hydro with a powerful bite. Hydro cried as it fell to the ground. Zach looked over to the Petilil who was watching in horror. It was too weak to move. Zach was fighting for this Petilil.
"Hydro use water gun onve again!" Zach yelled.
Hydro got back to his feet and shot another powerful burst of water. The Patrat screeched as he fell to the ground.
"Hydro finish him off with a bubble beam!" Zach said.
Hydro leapt into the air and began to attack. The many bubble hit Patrat hard and he was engulfed in them. As the bubbles cleared they realized that the Patrat had been defeated. Zach gave Hydro a high five and sent him back to his pokeball. He walked up to the Petilil who was extremely weak. Zach picked it up and herd a little cry of pain. He had to take it to a pokemon center. He ran as fast as he could to Oak Town while carrying the weak Petilil in his arms. He cant have any distractions at all.

• "Nurse, I..." the girl said, "I mean he needs help. We were in class when he started to get pale and f-fainted!"

"No problem. Thank you for bringing him here." the nurse said, "You should return to class, and I'll take care of this guy."

Jimmy watched as the Koffing got hit by that Johnny biker guy's Grimer's Pound. This time it was a critical hit, and the gassy Pokémon was sent flying towards one of the walls. It made an angry face and fired a Psybeam in a blind rage at the Grimer, whioch not only hit him but damaged the walls of the Underground Path severely.

The biker returned his Pokémon back inside a Pokéball. "I-Impossible!" he said, "This ain't true!"
"It is." Jimmy's double said, in an arrogant voice tone, "Now get out of here before you end up like that wall over there." He pointed at the damaged wall as he said those last words. Jimmy was lip-synching to his past self's words, his face expressing he was clearly enjoying it. "This ain't over kid. You just wait. The Kanto Pokémon Association will never fall!" the Johnny biker guy said, and then the three bikers turned around and left the scene, blowing a lot of smoke in Jimmy's double's face, and on his Koffing's face too. The latter, however, seemed to enjoy it.
Then Jimmy noticed a Pokéball lying there. And soon his double spotted it as well and grabbed it. "Oh, yeah" Jimmy said and smirked, before he suddenly felt like he was being pulled. "What the...?" he said angrily, "Let me go! Let me the hell go! What's the matter with you?" He was dragged towards the stairway of the Underground path, where an oddly bright light was waiting for him.

Kira

Kira chuckled a little bit as he stepped back, panting slightly. Holding back took more effort than people thought. It meant control and neither he nor Ash was someone known for their control. "You wanna keep going?" he asked casually. "Or are you too tired to try?"

Ash snorted softly to herself. Did they recall it was safer forthe Pokemon to learn a new move when it was conscious? Probably not.

Triac

Triac almost shrugged before remembering he had a passenger on board. He settled for replying. "I cannot be certain but I believe that human is known for being able to keep a cool head. He has a talent with settling Ciel after all."

"And Ciel's just a big, big scaredy-cat!" Kinko added. Triac resisted the urge to comment as they entered the center, pooling by Quin't legs. Kinko sniffed around anxiously, quickly figuing out Ciel was in another room. "Don't worry mister I talk to myself!," Kinko then said to Quin. "He's gonna be all right... Raph is in there!"

"At least one of us is certain," Triac mumbled.

Ciel

Raph watched quietly as the boy was bandaged. They removed his jacket and shirt and Raph winced gently. He had seen worse over the years but the angel had always disliked the sight of injured children. The nurses worked dilligently and silently, wrapping the bleeding head gently. HEad wounds were usually worse than they looked.

"This boy sure has some luck," one commented gently as she took the two Pokeballs from his belt. "If he had been hit any harder, it would have reached his spine." Raph paled slightly. "Now let's look at these two... oh we'll need some real medicine for this little one." She released the ill Absol and gently stroked its fur as she began to grind up a small pill for it to swallow.

"Come on now," she soothed as it coughed, carefully pouring the powder down its throat. "It'll be all right."

Skye

Of all the places that Chika took him, Skye doubted the Pokemon Center was high on his list. It made him worry. He wanted to ask what was going on but he doubted Chika could answer, the Togetic was so tired. He followed her inside and paused a moment, taking in the scene of Ciel's Pokemon with Quin.

Rama growled but Skye was quiet. The guy had hurt Bri and caused Skye himself to lose his temper, which had made an already discomforting day worse. Skye hated when he got angry, almost as much as when his friends got hurt. It made his head a mess. If it hadn't, he wouldn't have smoothly justified hitting that guy yesterday and actually bothered confronting Brogan. He would have just nodded and said yes ma'am like she probably wanted him to. And then gone behind her back but meh. Details.

This guy could have hurt Ciel but then again his friend's Pokemon wouldn't have touched the guy without attacking him first. So... he probably helped Ciel. Skye let his shoulders sag and ease the tension out of his body. He couldn't forgive him over Bri... but he had helped Ciel. That had to be enough for right now.

Skye went over to the nurse and pointed out the injured Pokemon, trying to explain that they likely belonged to Ciel, who Rama reported was in another room. Thankfully, the guy got his drift and took Triac, Chika, and Kinko away. Sighing a little, he looked at Quin. "Thuh-hank you fuh-for Ciel," he began simply before sitting down next to him. "Whuh-hat hah-happened to hih-him?"

• Arcino

Arcino got to his feet and growled. He was panting heavily as he looked at Kira.

"Uhg... Erk... I ca' keep going!" he said, assuming a battle stance and using Synthesis again. The large burn on his chest twinged and he grunted weakly, but didn't move from his stance.

Quin

Quin sighed and leaned his head back when a group of pokemon came over to him.

"Oh, there you all are. Glad you guys are ok- Hey Logana!" Quin said when they approached him. Logana leapt up to his lap and nuzzled him happily, displacing Ezar, who curled into a ball. He was about to get up when Skye came in with Ciel's Togetic. Skye told the nurse who's pokemon were who's and Triac, Kinko, and Chika were taken away, presumably to their trainer. He looked at Skye.

"You're quite welcome... Though I need to say sorry. About yesterday..." Quin said, debating how crazy it would sound to tell him about Zaraneth. He shook his head, wondering where Arcino had gotten to.

"Oh, Ciel was in a rock slide. He got pretty messed up. His little vulpix found me and I went to see what I could do. I just hope I got to him in time," Quin said as he waited. Ezar had come out of her ball by now and was sniffing at Skye's leg.

"Shrew? (Who are you?)" she said to Skye and his pokemon.

Kira

Kira frowned. "If you say so." He fired an Aura Sphere straight at the burn mark and ran to use a Drain Punch seconds after. The Lucario wasn't too sure if he agreed with that. Idiot was barely standing as it was. He must be one of those determinator kind of mons. Eh, if it suited him, it was fine by this Fighting-type.

Skye

Skye felt at his pendant, which was glowing. "I suh-see," he mumbled. He looked in the direction Ciel must have gone in. Rama smelled him that way so... "I thuh-hink you duh-did. SIh-hiel's eh-easy to fruh-freak out so heh-he's pruh-hobably not ah-as bad as heh-he luh-luh-hooked."

Skye hesistated, fingers still gently wrapped around his necklace. He was going to come off sounding so insane after asking this but... it wouldn't stop bothering him until he did. "Ah-hare you puh-puh-possessed?" he blurted, for once forgoing tact. He was well aware of split personalities but people with them usually didn't make his pendant do this unless the person themselves was going to attack. And his instincts said that wasn't what Quin would do. It confused him. "Muh-hy pendant is a pruh-protective chah-charm ah-hand it's going aw-off around yuh-you."

Pala looked at Ezar and waved. "Pala is Pala! Nice to meet you! That meanie is Rama and the human is Skye! Skye is very nice. Do you have apples?" Rama chortled. Good old Pala.

• Arcino

Arcino fired an Enery Ball at the Aura Sphere, causing it to explode in midair. His blades glowed green as he side stepped and slashed at Kiro, but he was a fraction too slow. Even as he swung, he felt the Drain Punch collide with his chest.

"Oof!" he said loudly as he crumpled to the ground.

Quin

Quin looked at Skye a moment before answering. Possessed? Was he? What exactly was Zara? Was he just a figment of his imagination? He wasn't sure...

"I dunno. You already met Zara... I'm not sure if he's a ghost or an alter, but he's here now. But that's a neat pendant!" he said, figdeting with his finger where the ring used to be. The ring Ciel still had. He patted Logana on the head. Then he looked at his watch.

"I wonder what's taking Arcino so long. I sent him for help, and he hasn't gotten back yet... Hmm... I hope nothing happened to him," Quin said.

"Probably beating up some more shmuck," Zara said faintly.

"Probably..." Quin agreed. Ezar looked up at the Cubchoo. She shook her head at her and smiled.

"I'm Sandshrew... But that nutzo human over there kidnapped me and has been calling me Ezar... And calling me a boy... Still... It's nice to meet you Pala and Rama. And no, I have no apples," she said as she looked from Skye to Quin and back.

• "LET ME THE HELL GOOOO!" Jimmy screamed as he was pulled towards the birght light coming from teh stairway. "Oh, well...Whatever..." he sasid and shrugged as everything turned so bright he had to close his eyes. Then he opened them and everythign was dark. He closed them and then...

When he opened his eyes, he found himself on some kind of bed. "What the...? Where the hell am I? What the hell is going on here?" the boy asked, in an angry voice tone.

"Calm down, Mr. Vincent" someone said, and a nurse came into the room. "Some brought you here, saying you passed out during class. You were pale as a ghost."

Jimmy rolled his eyes. "Oh, great. Now I'm gonna be known as the kid who passed out during class." he said to himself, "Great. Juuust greeaat."

"And why did I pass out?" the boy asked the nurse, a hint of annoyance in his voice.

"Hunger. Your stomach was completely empty." the nurse replied, "I don't understand why you didn't get something to eat at the cafeteria after you woke up."

"I have no cash to pay for it, alright?" the boy said aggresively, "My mom dropped me off here with no cash at all. How am I supposed to pay for food with no cash? With rocks?"

"Calm down, Mr. Vincent. And the food is free at the cafeteria." the nurse said in a low voice. Jimmy now felt humiliated. "Well, a heads up would've been nice. I'm kinda new here, I don't know how everything works around this place..."

"I know. And it's okay. Now, here, have this." the nurse said, and handed over a sandwich to Jimmy. Jimmy took it and in five minutes was done with it. "Humph. Whatever. Can I go now?"

"Yes, you may leave" the nurse replied, "Take care out there." Jimmy shook his head and sighed before leaving the room. Smokey was waiting outside for him. "Koofing!" it exclaimed happily.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm okay." Jimmy said, and noticed some students were walking down the hallways. "Well, I guess classes are over for now. Let's go." After that, they were roaming the Academy's hallways again, waiting for something interesting to happen.

Kira

Kira leapt back, wincing at the long slash on his chest, paused only by the spike in the middle. Jeez that would be sore tomorrow.

Skye

Skye nodded quietly. He could understand that... for now. He would have to ask Cam. Not knowing was the worst thing ever. "I-hit wuh-was a gift."

Rama snorted. "More like a beacon. Hey guys! Fresh dinner by tree seventeen!" Skye held back a laugh and looked at the Sandshrew curiously. Seemed disgruntled... and possibly female. Ah well, Rama would tell him later.

Pala frowned, her black eyes wide. "But why not? Apples are..." She frowned, losing her train of thought mid-sentence. "Um... they're great! Everybody needs an apple!"

A nurse left Ciel's room and Skye hurried over without a word, speaking for a few minutes. HE returned to Quin with a small smile. "Weh-he neh-need to keep Ciel awuh-awake fuh-hor a while, juh-just to mah-make sure heh-he's o-okay."

• Arcino

Arcino huffed as he slumped.

"Gah... I'm done... Good fight..." he said, panting as he stood still. He knew his limits, but he hated leaving things unsettled.

"I'll be back for a rematch when I get stronger," he growled. He panted to himself and looked from one face to the other. Oh wait... They were supposed to teach him a new move. He decided to wait and see if one of them brought it up.

Quin

Quin nodded when Skye sat back down.

"Very well... At least he's ok..." Quin said, sounding a little subdued. He shook his head. Oh well... At least it was alright. Then he remembered something.

"Oh wait! He was with a sick Absol when I found him! He was awfully concerned about it. What happened to the Absol!" Quin said abruptly. He knew that Ciel would worry about that Absol until he knew it was ok. Heck, Quin was worried about the Absol. Ezar shook her head at them both.

"Yeah, well, I don't have any. I don't like apples..." Ezar said as she sat down on the ground and looked at the place. Human buildings were so weird.

Nova

"This is the place?" Nova asked. He and the now very twitchy Vulpix were sitting outside of the shop in Oak Town. They were actually behind it. Vulpix looked at him and nodded.

"This is it..." he said. He didn't like being here, not one bit. Nova nodded and walked over to the back door.

"Let's go." he said gruffly. Vulpix looked at him, rethinking this decision, but he followed Nova anyways. Nova hid behind a dumpster, and waited. He could smell a human at the door. Vulpix joined him there and they waited now.

"Ok... When the human comes out, you distract him," Nova said.

"But-" Vulpix protested, but Nova cut him off with a sharp look.

"That wasn't a question, GO!" Nova growled, shoving the fox pokemon out from behind the dumpster. Vulpix whimpered, and the human looked at him. Nova didn't wait to see what happened, trusting the fox to be able to take care of himself, and slipped inside the back room of the store. He sniffed around at some of the boxes, not sure what he was looking for. He found an open box and sniffed inside. These looked like the right things... He grabbed a few TMs and snuck back to the exit. He stopped and hid behind a box when the human came back. He walked over to a box, not noticing Nova, and looked in it. Nova scurried out the back door, and it slammed shut behind him, causing him to take off back into the forest.
