If you look at my edit, I have a shiny EV trained Palkia. My question was that do you want pokemon (EVed) that you do not have?

I'll pass on the Palkia, unless it has 31 IVs in SpA and Speed.

Also, I don't want any duplicates of Pokemon I have, so the answer to your question is yes.
