Ali smiled at the sight of Anna, she never seemed to be around anymore.

"Hey!" He smiled, greeting her.

"Skye, Nat, and myself are all going to go to a little caf? we saw the other day, wanna come with us?" He said, bending over to pet Leo.

Leo allowed Ali to pet him. Anna stared at Ali for a moment.
"I've been so busy with my training lately.... wanting Leo to evolve... totally forgetting... that I'm not spending as much time with Ali as I'd like...," she thought.
"Sure! I'd love to go!", Anna said happily making it as though she wasn't upset about what she was thinking of. "I've been pretty busy lately huh?", she added.
As she said that she started to fiddle with a small necklace that she was wearing.

Ali was pleased to see the necklace Anna was wearing.

"Yeah, I never see you around any more…" He said, looking down at the ground, as he continued to wait for Nat and Skye. Princess suddenly popped out of the corner of his eye, onto the grass Ali was staring at.

"Pichu!" She said, cheerfully. She began to dance around now, at an attempt to keep herself busy.

Leo had noticed what Princess was doing, and noticed that Anna seemed down and joined Princess in dancing. Anna started to laugh and cheer up a bit.
"Yeah... I've been to obsessed with training lately...," Anna sighed. "I'm thinking of stopping training for a while, you know to hang out when there aren't any classes."
She looked at her necklace, it was small with a purple piece of a rock attached to it.

Ali joined the laughter, and began to speak again.

"Funny you should say that… I was actually going to start training more often! I did horribly in Battle Tactics today, and I know Princess isn't really as great as I know she can be…" He recalled the battle with one of his classmates he had earlier today, Princess fainted almost immediately, not aware of what to do. Ali looked up at the sky, still a very powdery blue.

"Hey...sorry I'm late!" Skye called to them as she ran to meet them at the gates.

A little winded since she had not been keeping up with her own martial arts training since the beginning of school, she panted when she reached them. Agile was as perky as ever, and chatted with Princess.

"I dunno where Nat is," Skye told them, catching her breath. "I hope she gets here soon...I'm starved!"

Nat raced onto the scene just as Skye had finished her sentence. "Ready!" she called. It was then she noticed Anna. Nat suddenly quieted down and looked tword her shoes. She regained her composure and said, more softly now, "Kikki's Cafe it is then?"

Hey Nat....Skye, wait up!!!
So ummm, Skye, how was your battle with Nat? ^_^

"Oh, it went well," Skye replied. She walked along the sidewalks with her friends as the street lights came on.

Nothing could have ever felt so right as being there, in that moment. Skye knew she would remember this forever, being here with her friends, without a care in the world. Her father's death, though tragic and terrible, was now bearable. She felt like she could do anything.

They reached the cafe, and Skye suggested taking a booth so everyone could sit together. There was one free by the window that looked out onto the street. She pointed it out, hoping everyone would agree.

Nat agreed and sat down. This was unbelievable. A week ago, she wouldn't have dared to picture herself surrounded by friends and Pokemon. She smiled to herself. Even the thought of Anna and Ali was beginning to become bearable. Although, it still hurt a bit. She waited for the rest of the gang to take a seat.

Ohhhhh, I'll think get a pizza with black olives. And with that, I'll have a Sprite.
What are you having?

Anna smiled and took a seat.
"I'm starved, haven't really eaten since I started my crash training...," Anna sighed.
She looked around. She smiled as she was surrounded by friends.... friends... even last year she only really had two friends. She pushed her blonde hair out of her face and pondered on what she could get to eat.

"Oh, man...I'm starved!" Skye exclaimed. "I'll have a plate of fettuccini alfredo please, with a cup of lemon tea...and Agile...well...she'd like a bottle of catsup..."

Agile gave her a sharp look, as if she were offended by Skye's embarassed tone. Skye just giggled and pet her gently.

"You know I'm kidding," she said. She looked over at Anna. "So what's all this about crash training?"

"Can I get a slice of mushroom and meatball pizza, with a coke, and a bottle of water?", Anna ordered then looked to Skye.
"Well, I haven't been training as much as used to, and I'm what you say... a "power trainer", I love to have power, so I train.. I want Leo to evolve, but then again.. that's not in Leo's best intrest huh?", she said patting Leo on the head.
"Eevee, vee", the eevee cooed.

"Oh, wow," Skye said, looking at Anna's Eevee with a grin. "You two must have a lot of energy!"

She sipped at her tea gingerly, testing its warmth carefully. Agile was halfway through her catsup bottle when she let out a huge burp. Eyes widened, Skye turned to look at Agile. She sweatdropped.

"Uh...that was you?" Skye asked.

"Pika...chu..." Agile confessed, embarassed.

"Haha! Good one!" Skye exclaimed, patting her on the head. "I don't know a Pokemon that can burp louder than you can!"

Ali took a seat, and ordered a fruit smoothie. He wasn't that hungry, but had a guilty sweet-tooth. He immediately took a sip of it, once he received it, trying to pull it away from Princess, who was crawling all over him, trying to get her tiny lips around the straw. Ali laughed at Princess's eagerness, leaving the straw just close enough for Princess to reach. He finally backed away, scoffing at Princess.

"Mmm, this tastes pretty good!" He said, savoring the short sip he was able to take before Princess got her paws on it.

Anna giggled as she watched Princess. Leo just looked up and shook his head.
"Haha! I guess Princess likes smoothies as much as you!", she laughed finishing her pizza. She then took a sip of her coke.
"Vee?", Leo asked.
"Oh your thirsty?", Anna smirked slightly. She pulled down an empty cup from the table and poured some water in it for Leo.
"I heared there is a new movie out, anyone wanna go see it?", Anna asked the group.
"Heh, maybe I can actually get a date with Ali if these guys back off, which is unlikely, but a girl can dream," Anna thought to herself.

Ali continued to laugh, joyfully.

"Yup, that's where she gets it from!" He heard Anna talk about a movie playing at the theatres, Ali was a bit hesitant.

"Hmm… I'm not too sure, I already went out for a movie yesterday, and I don't get too much money a month either, so I'm probably just going to hand around back on the grounds later." He took another sip of the fruit smoothie, which he found delightful.

"This is really good guys! You wanna try?" He said, putting it on the middle of the table, trying to distinguish which fruits were in the smoothie.

"Ah, Well... I'll win some and loose some," Anna thought.
Anna reached out for the smoothie and took a sip.
"Hmmmm... this is good!", she exclaimed.

"All set, but thanks, Ali," Skye said, kindly refusing his smoothie. She looked over at Anna. "I'm afraid I won't be able to make a movie either. I should probably go do some homework after we're done here."

She took a few bites of her alfredo, and sat thoughtfully for a while. More like zoning out, actually.

"Do we ever go on field trips or anything?" she asked her friends, sipping her tea.
