Averagely hardish, expecially since it can only breed with Egg Group Water 3, which is pretty small, so getting a good IVed breeding partner could be tough, especially one with Recover.
 
Ok, that looks nice. :)

Remember, the Apprentice the breeds the best pokemon (Along with the Master) will recieve an IV bred pokemon of their choice plus an item / Berry / TM of their choice. The Masters will vote on the best bred pokemon.

And you;re heading to mine. Also for the first project, can the apprentices get Pokes from WiFi trades at the D/P forum, but not EV trained or IV bred, just like if they cant find a certain Pokemon for an egg move?
 
Yes, for instance my apprentice doesn't have Pearl, so I had to trade him a stantler so he could breed Hypnosis to a Ponyta, but as long as the parent isn't overally well IV'd, it is ok. (I would personally direct them to the GTS)

My project is coming along quite well.
Atm I'm getting a Male Ledyba that is going to be bred with Venomat.
The Ledyba's im breeding are great parents, one has flawless s.atk and the other has flawless speed.
Once I get the flawless speed and s.atk Ledyba I will then breed them with a modest ditto if i have one on emerald if not I will pal park the parents and venomat over. then breed it with my d/p modest ditto to get modest flawless speed s.atk ledyba that will have baton pass which i will then breed to get venomoth.
Just a question.
do I need to ev the venomat?
I dont have wifi so how can i proove that my venomat has certain ivs?
Can you just trust my word i promise i wont mislead you guys.
the wifi i have been using is at my cousins but as im at my grandmas now she doesnt have wifi.
after i leave there i have to go back home and i dont have wifi there either and my cousin lives in a different city.

1. You don't need to EV train.
2. Can you trade it to me once you finish? (I check the IV's using Pokesav)

If you cannot, I suppose we will have to take your word, but you seem honest. ;)

Well, Deano and hammerhead both PMed me lol, so I did a "pick a number between 1 and 100" deal. For those wondering what the "87" in the spoiler tags in my RMT thread were, you know now. That was the number.

Deano was closer with 56 over hammerhead's 42, so yeah...I'm DeanoDance's master now.
