pbr shows a lot of 31 stats as 30s so maybe.
 
Um, just a quick note...whoever picks me as a master or whatever, I know a lot more about 3rd generation breeding than 4th. I know 4th, but if 3rd gen is the trouble, I'm in all honesty much more useful for that, and others are probably way better at D/P than I am. I'm not totally useless, but I'm much more experienced in 3rd gen...yeah, I've made my point...
 
BTW:my ivs might be in the 30-31 range as well as if i cant get an IV battle i just use pbr. Its cost me before in the cases of not knowing my pory z had 31spd and in a gible i traded had better IVs than i calculated before so forgive me if i cant be exact all the time.
 
hey tortured can I be an apprentice? I choose you if you arent taken becausse youre the only one that could write something me so dumb enough that even I can understand it ^-^
 
Does the Master have to do any breeding? Because if so, I'm too lazy to do so. But I completely understand the aspect of IV Breeding and such.

And so this is Breeding Only right? Or did I miss something and its battling too? O_o

I've heard good things about you, and the Master doesn't need to breed, but needs to be willing to lend assistence when needed. (i.e. Egg move chains, which pokemon to breed, what IV's to aim for etc.)

ah my prject is hard it is exact opposite of what i usally breed..... also thanks for the guide ;)

@Tortured soul thanks for the offer about the Deoxys, but i already have one, if i need another or if im interested in making that evil pressure stall set (Recover/Substitute/Taunt/Cosmic Power. Hahaha) ill give ya a pm ;)
