Hi,I have a suggestion,but first I need the admins´ permission.Could I
create "the pokecommunity blog"so everyone could see it when they typed
in "pokecommunity" in their web browser?

If you want to have your own blog about PC, create a LiveJournal account, talk in there, and have a link in your signature.

You can make a blog about anything you want (unless it's breaking the rules of the blog site). But it won't be an official PC blog.
And if you mean an LJ community then PC already has one.
