    Legendary Pokemon besides Manaphy cannot breed, and even breeding a Manaphy will only give you a Phione.
     
    Its impossible to breed legendary Pokemon besides Manaphy and Rotom.
     
    What are you looking for for offers? I'd like a Sceptile with 31 IV's in SpecA and Speed and also Hidden Power Fire. Don't have much to offer sadly :\

    Do you mean Treeko? Or if you want a Ev Trained Sceptile just give me the Evs.

    I am a budding Trainer looking for a Porygon for my team. The ideal canditate would have high (26-31) IV's in Sp. Atk and Spd along with a modest nature. HP Fighting would also be preferable. I would be dually delighted if you would EV train it for me as well. The preferred EV spread would be 252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd/4 HP.
