Looks like there were plans for even more Pikachu and Raichu cards around the time of Plasma Freeze. If these were released, would you have bought them? In another era, that Raichu looks like it'd have been pretty fun, really.

Personally, I probably would have bought them. Gotta collect 'em all and all that silliness we're all prone to!

Raichu would have been fun in a deck like that. Shame we didn't get it at all.

Raichu XY is still a really nice card. It can be used as a counter to a lot of things for just 2 colourless (Pyroar, Yveltal-EX, Sigilyph, Suicune).
