Uh..no, not really, though it reminds me of Ruby's Mudkip, Zuzu. (Even though there's a difference that can poke you in the eye)
 
Numel
Zozo is a city (thats actually a craptacularly hard dungeon) in final fantasy six. I love its music so, but I hate actually going to it. The "city" is full of scum that always lie, and one of their lines is the quote in my sig. Since what they said was always false, you used that to solve a puzzle to get the chainsaw weapon! I'm sure ya don't care, but I had to type something for the character limit.

Haha, yeah-- sexual harassment Chansey is my favorite, and the look on Joy's face is priceless. I just wish I remembered what episode it came from!

I think it mighta been during the Battle Frontier...you know that Nurse Joy near the end? The one who does alotta stuff? Might be, I'm just guessing, don't mind me..xD
 
Heat Forme Rotom
The only other pokemon that starts with "h" that I can think of is the evolved form of makuhita, and I have no idea how to spell that.
 
Natu <3
One of my favorite jhoto pokemon, and xatu was the first pokemon I ever trained to level one hundred (I kept it as a natu until level 80 or so).
