I would have posted a picture of Turtwig here to carry on the Sinnoh starter Pokemon, that have been posted by Rene and X Scizor X but unfortunately I can only find and post this picture of Chikorita; at least it's a grass type...:) its good to see there's a Buizel and a Buneary though, I called mine Hyzenthlay lol; as it was female.

Possibly yeah, if they were stronger or just as strong as the Legendary they were battling. Then there'd be a chance.
