Out of All of The starter Pokemon, Which one Has the Best Movesets and why?

Well Charmander again because It Learns Metal Claw which Makes doing brock a lot easier :P

uhh i think chimchar... because it evolves early lvl 12 and gets mach punch, makes it easier to beat 1st gym.

nice pictures 41victory. Chimchar may evolve early but Squirtle can learn Bubble at level 7 which is also good to defeat the first gym leader.

I think Charmander has the best movesets because it learns Metal Claw at Lv 13 and will be useful against Brock.

Bulbasaur definitely has an excellent moveset, learning attacks like Razor Leaf and Vine Whip that are both good against Rock-type Pokemon.

Because he didn't know how cool they were until later on in the episode and ended up with Bulbasaur then starting on his pokemon journey...

One other thing is Charmeleon able to know or learn Headbutt? In the movie Pokemon 4ever Sammy's Charmeleon does and I was wondering about whether or not if Sammy could have taught that move to it.

Swampert. It is the ultimate special sweeper. And it's combination of Water + Ground makes it so much better than most of the others. Blaziken's also pretty good too.

One other thing is Charmeleon able to know or learn Headbutt? In the movie Pokemon 4ever Sammy's Charmeleon does and I was wondering about whether or not if Sammy could have taught that move to it.

No, Charmander can't learn it =( The anime sometimes makes up moves to suit it, but Charmander never learns Headbutt in the game.
