I can't be bother to view all the post but since this is the topic well..
Out of All of The starter Pokemon, Which one Has the Best Movesets and why?
Out of much I dismay...the one with the best moveset is: Chikorita, It can learn Razor Leaf at a pretty low level, though bulbasaur can learn...none of the starter (I think) can learn "Body Slam" which is pretty good to wipe out and parlyz the foe.

Well actually, every starter can learn Body Slam, just not via levelling up.
